Stopped here for lunch as they opened early. We enjoyed the shoestring onion rings. The beer was good. favorites were the St. Charles and the Brown.

More than I generally expect from a brewpub, and I've been in a lot of them. It's not upscale dining, but the food and service were very good. And, considering the mediocrity that exists in the craft beer world today, I was pleasantly surprised with the beers. They were all very well made. Compliments to the brewer.

Blackstone is well located near the Vanderbilt campus and a good place to go for a casual lunch. The service was fine and the food adequate.

This is the place to go for good beer and basic food. My ribs were great but my friends stake were not that good. Try to be seated in main area. Not possible to Make reservation for less than 4 persons resulting in a poor table in my oppinion

We found this restaurant via Trip Advisor and called to see if we could make reservations as we were HUNGRY (or really hangry) and had a larger group. They had us all set up and ready to go! Our waiter (can't remember his name -- sorry) was wonderful and offered suggestions along with quick wit -- which we all really... More

My husband and I always like to check out local craft beer when we travel. Sometimes the beer is good but the food is mediocre and sometimes it's the other way around. Our whole experience here was great. We built our own pizza on their thin ale crust. I'm not big on bread so the thin crust was perfect for... More

Sat at the bar. Super bartender. Great beer. I recommend the soft pretzels followed by the Shepherd pie.

This is a great place for lunch! We walked here because it was near the many hotels on Broadway and West End Ave. near Vanderbilt. I had the Thai Chicken salad and my wife had the St. Paddy's Reuben and both were great. The side of potato salad was homemade and excellent! Service was friendly and efficient. I would definitely... I love the food here and they also brew some tasty beers. I have been coming to Blackstone for a long time and their Shepards Pie is hard to resist.
