Cool place, not fancy but good food

Cool atmosphere and decent food and drink selection. Off the beaten path, but not full of tourists or other large crowds. You will get decent meal and it's nice to hang in the open air patio area for lunch or after dinner drinks.

This was my first time there. And you never know about ordering oysters in a landlocked state or at certain time of the year. These were some of the best oyster I have ever had. And the calamari was spot on. Atmosphere and views were awesome as well. Will definitely be back.

Great food with a great atmosphere and waitstaff. We went to dinner on our second night in Nashville and really enjoyed the food and the service. I had the platter with ribs, chicken and pulled pork and split it with my daughter and still had to take the chicken and some of the sides back to my hotel. My wife... More

We recently visited Nashville and stopped here because it has a very cool patio and looks great from the outside. It is very different inside. So let me say we were a family stopping in for lunch on a Saturday. If it were a bunch of people having drinks on Friday night - that would be perfect. And the only... More

You have a unique location but your staff doesn't do anything to make you wanna stay, They seem like they are there to get a paycheck and don't care about anything else

We were very excited to try this place and could not have been more disappointed. It was a really off day for the kitchen. My Mahi was overcooked and I could not eat the rice. The pulled pork was terrible, even the sauce could not save it.The sweet potatoes were dry and the corn bread was not edible. What saved... More

We walked from our hotel for dinner and we were very pleased with the food and service. The Painkiller cocktail (or two) was a great way to start the meal! I really loved the crab cake appetizer and the Pulled Smoked Chicken with the Great White Sauce! Yum!!

This restaurant was fine. I've eaten here a few times with a friend who lives in Nashville. As someone else mentioned, their beer selection is limited but it's okay. I had a decent local brew. We shared the fried green tomatoes which I enjoyed. I had an appetizer for my meal and didn't particularly care for it but it was... More

It was great to get away from the madness of 2 & Broadway. The outdoor seating at the bar was what you would expect from a place locals hang out. I had the special of the day. Gator Sausage over pasta. It was excellent and my wife had the Shrimp and Grits. She said it was average. We really enjoyed... More

I really enjoyed this place. It was away from all of the noise on Broadway so we could eat dinner and actually hear each other. It had a nice area to sit outside and the prices were very reasonable. It is just a short walk from Vanderbilt college and came recommended from the gentleman at our hotel. Definitely would go... More
