A great option for breakfast!

We had breakfast here one of the mornings we were at Gaylord Opryland Resort. I had the poached crab eggs benedict which was one of the best breakfasts of our entire trip. I would highly recommend this dish to anyone staying at the resort. The poached crab was very flavorful and seemed like it... read more

You often have to queue for Cascades so pick a time outside peak for easier seating. I tend to order breakfast off the menu (i.e., eggs only etc) and they are very helpful.

There is no doubt this is a stunning venue. The "cascades" refers to a rather impressive constellation of man-made indoor waterfalls. However after a one-hour meeting in the coffee bar area I was hoarse from talking over the near deafening roar of the falling water. So the ambience is a charmer but not without its down-side. I then moved over... More

My guest and I lunched here and we enjoyed it very much. We had a California Roll and Miso Soup to start. I had a Salmon entree and my friend had a large salad. It was all very good. the desserts we had were very good as well. Service was good and the hostess and staff were all very friendly.

Amazing sushi, really good breakfast bar. A few bad attitudes from waiters but overall great food. Would recommend.

I was there with a convention and had an opportunity to eat there a couple of times for breakfast and once for dinner. The breakfast was a buffet, served by the staff but the portions were generous and the food was good -- nice variety. At dinner (with the group) I had the grilled cauliflower with raisins, pine nuts and... More

Since the resort was running low on certain food during the "Code Red" ice storm they served up an amazing breakfast buffet.

You cannot beat the atmosphere - lush greenery with a cascading waterfall! For the full experience, go at night to enjoy the lights. The food is good but very pricey. (I have eaten here for lunch and dinner and just dessert.) the service is usually very good. Read the menu posted at the restaurant entrance before you go in as... More

This was an excellent restaurant to treat yourself. Although the food was a little pricey, it was very high quality menu items. I ordered the shrimp avocado cobb salad and it was excellent. The view at the restaurant is worth a thousand words. It was the dead of winter and I felt like I was eating at a tropical resort.... More

The food was good and the service was great. You'll feel like you're eating in a jungle given the plants, trees and nearby waterfalls. My only complaint is the price is quite high for what you get.
