Quaint little cafe

Went here for my first time last night. I had the biscuits & gravy. They were delicious!!! My friend had the #1 and loved it!! The service is funny, and forward. I'm definitely coming back to try the southern fried chicken or patty melt! YUM!

we had stopped at another place on a Saturday morning, and decided to skip the long wait and try the Hermitage Café. There was no wait, but with only one server, she was very busy. I got a Denver Omlette, and my friend got biscuits and gravy with eggs and sausage. Both were delicious. The prices were very reasonable. This... More

We wanted to catch a bite to eat after Texas A&M beat Vanderbilt. This is a little café with good food at great prices. Just old fashioned omelets, biscuits, etc. I would recommend for tourist and locals alike.

Well, I had the #1 with eggs, son had the #2 , his girlfriend had the fried bologna sandwich. It was all yum. It did come back to haunt me later...heartburn etc...but was worth it. I was seriously coveting the fried bologna sandwich!. Next time will have to have it. We were there about 11p and it was a hopping... More

My family and I were coming to a play at Nashville Children's Theatre and needed a place to eat. I totally forgot about this place until we started walking to another restaurant. I had been wanting to try it since the last time I was here for a play. The food is great and the service was awesome. Nice people... More

My husband & I asked a contractor at a stoplight where the best breakfast stop was. He said follow me. So glad we did! Quirky fun stop with southern hospitality galore & delicious food. We do not go through Nashville without stopping now. Recently remodeled we saw & love their theme chosen. Owners are awesome! Cook and wait staff perfect.

Stopped by after arriving by Greyhound early in the morning - just what I was looking for!! Delicious brekkie served by wonderfully kind and sweet-as-pie staff.

My dad and I are suckers for hole-in-the wall places, so after a concert we naturally stopped by. We had driven by that afternoon and he suggested we go. It was gross. I hate to be blunt, but everything looked very outdated and like they mopped with grease, but I ignored this because Waffle House is not much better. I... More

Went there for breakfast with a friend. The place is dirty. There isn't much to eat in the area so we stayed. The food was okay, served pretty quickly, however, I watched the waitress take my biscuit and crumble it up with her hand over my plate then she added gravy. Also there was a boy approximately 9 years old... More
