Good food but service sucked

Went there today because my husband loves this place. I thought the food was really good but the service was terrible. The cook had a bad attitude even with some of the costumers. But if you are looking for good food they have it.

My son saw Bro's featured on DDD a few years back and we visited for the first time while touring Belmont University, where he is now a junior. It's become a MUST stop on every trip we make back to Nashville and that's a couple of times a year. Careful or you'll drive right past it! GREAT place, food and... More

This food is delicious. This is the only red beans and rice I've in Nashville that actually tastes like it does in Louisiana. My husband got a stuffed pork chop, and it was also good. We got the boudin balls for an appetizer, and if you go, you should too. I know a lot of stuck-up types will complain about... More

I saw Bro's on DDD and was determined to try it when I went to Nashville. The owner is a transplant from New Orleans and was there sitting down and talking to regulars, which was cool. I had gumbo, which was awesome. The homemade Andouille sausage was very good. I had the crawfish poor boy and some of my wife's... More

Let me start by saying I don't usually eat rice. My husband ordered a side of red beans and rice. It smelled wonderful. I asked for a taste and finally as the waitress walked by he asked for another order. I had finished almost the whole thing. then the shrimp po boys came. Words can't describe the taste! Don't let... We stopped here specifically because of our love of Guy Fieri. We missed it the first time due to it looking like an old, run-down house. It definitely put the "dive" in Triple D! Feeling adventurous, we tried it despite it's "unique" atmosphere. It was fun that Bro was sitting at a table visiting with everyone as they came in.... More

We try to hit Triple D restaurants when we can and made a point to try this place on this trip. We were there on Friday evening - Crawfish Friday!! All you can eat for $7 a pound. I thought I wanted a pound, but the waiter talked me into 3 - should have split the difference and ordered 2... More

This place was so bad I thought I was on a hidden camera TV show. We were seated downstairs basically in a kitchen. The waitress was yelling in front of us at people to help her. The man that served us was extremely unprofessional and rude. He set our drinks at the other side of the table for me to... More
