The Melting Pot Restaurant is where fun is cooked up fondue style. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, long overdue date night or celebrating with a group. We are the premier fondue restaurant, centrally located on Westheimer, providing a casually elegant dining experience and an intimate atmosphere. The relaxing four-course experience begins with a cheese fondue prepared table side and fresh salads while your entrée pot heats up. You'll simmer a variety of meats, seafood and vegetables in the cooking style of your choice. Each morsel is hot, fresh and delicious and all entrées are accompanied by an array of dipping sauces. Chocolate fondue is the finale, served with decadent dippers. Most make reservations for the four-course dining experience but more than a few have stopped by to satisfy that cheese fondue or chocolate craving. The Melting Pot also features a great wine list, specialty cocktails and martinis.

Good special occasion restaurant

This restaurant is good for special occasion "experience" dining because of the unique service and menu offerings. It's standard fondue; nothing spectacular to write home about, and overpriced for what you get, but you dine here for the experience, not the food. The cheese fondues and chocolate... read more

Great food with private eating areas just for 2. The always changing menu makes this one of our favorite places to eat when we visit the Music City. Located on historic 2nd avenue you should plan to arrive early to find parking.

It may be expensive, but for a special occasion of any kind, it's worth it. The service was spot on. Friendly, ccourteous, knowledge and seemed to enjoy his job. We were there for a acheelottet. And the food....so good there are no words. Definitely will go back.

My husband and I visited for the first time for our Anniversary. Staff was very friendly and helpful thoroughly explaining everything. We did opt for a package with a rose and rose petals, the table was set up gorgeously for us. They took our picture and put it in a complimentary frame. When we accidentally left it on the table... This is one of our favorite places to eat at home so we figured it would be good in Nashville as well, we were correct. Always good food and a fun atmosphere, we never leave hungry and the service was great!

The melting pot is one of my husband and my favorite spot to celebrate. We have been there numerous times but more recently last night where the service and food were amazing - as always. We had the 4 cheese appetizer and Yin Yang dessert. Great date night! Can't wait to go back.

On our second last night in Nashville we wanted to head somewhere a little more fancy and quiet to relax for a meal, this place was awesome and delivered! Staff was so friendly, our waiter Steven was terrific and knowledgeable, all aspects of the meals were amazing. We left feeling full and satisfied which is what matters. So happy we... More

This was my 1st experience at this type of restaurant. I did like the meal and the experience but for the price I would rather do something else.

Bad quality cheese. Since I'm Fench, I don't know what I expected going in this chain, but the cheese is really not good. This makes this whole experience be really expensive for what you get in your plates. Count $40 per person for a complete meal and for this price you can get so much better in Nashville. The only... This was my first time to a Melting Pot. It was better than I could have imagined. Every bite was delicious. Everyone at my table ordered the 4 course meal. With laughter and talking, it took us 3 hours to get through all 4 courses. It's a little pricey, my total $65 with the 4 courses, one specialty drink, and... More
