What a hidden treasure. Midtown Cafe is a small restaurant located a mile or so from downtown Nashville. We were staying around the corner and wanted something close to the hotel - boy were we lucky to have chosen this place. The food was amazing - one of the best meals we have had in a restaurant! We went to Midtown prior to a TPAC show with friends. I had no idea Midtown does this cool little shuttle to TPAC and the symphony. Just valet, eat and ride then come back to your car. COOL. The Midtown Café is a nice place a mile or two from downtown Nashville. The atmosphere is not outstanding, it's ok. The service and the food, however, is outstanding. Salmon was great...Osco Bosca was raved about.. Chicken Piccate was divine. I wanted to order the chicken croquettes again for dinner that I had for lunch, but they... More

Went Tuesday night with some work colleagues. There was no wait for a table. The menu had a lot of great choices including a variety of tasting menus. (Not a variety of items, but you can choose if you want 2-3-5 courses with or without wine pairings.) They had a lot of great wines by the glass. Ordered the salmon... More
