I took my husband here for his birthday meal. From the moment we arrived we were impressed. The place was buzzing even at 5.45 and the atmosphere was alive. It was different to everywhere else in Nashville! We had a bottle of Prosecco that was bubbleicious. For starters we had the cauliflower and squid & shrimp bruschetta. The cauliflower was... More

What a great meal. Our service was outstanding and the food was amazing. I had the pork belly appetizer and the venison as a meal and both were great. We had the butter tasting which was great as well. Drinks were good and atmosphere was lively. We were there on a girls trip and this was a great choice.

We read the reviews about Etch and the Bio of the Che/Owner and they were spot on! We ate at the kitchen bar (think sushi bar on steroids) so we could watch the action in the kitchen. We were impressed to see the Chef, Deb Paquette expediting so quickly and effortlessly that Gordon Ramsey would be second fiddle to her.... More

Was able to secure a reservation at this top rated spot. We went with high expectations and were not disappointed. It's elegantly decorated, perfectly lit and has an open kitchen so you can see all the action. Our server was friendly and made good recommendations of cocktails and food. I had the charcuterie salad to begin with, which was generously... More

Incredible food. Roasted cauliflower is a must try. I know, cauliflower? It's the pea-basil-macadamia-smoked truffle oil dipping goo that makes it out of this world. Great service, ambience and flavors.

Last night my family visited Etch for the first time. It was OUTSTANDING! All six of us raved about our meal. A few of us started with the beet salad, which got us off to favorable impression. Then, based on Trip Advisor reviews we ordered 2 servings of the butter tasting. It was good, but in my view, didn't live... More

Been travelling in South USA for couple of weeks and food very interesting. It was a taste revival to go to Etch and experience the fresh taste of the this menu. We had the scallops which were larger than I had seen before (apparently deep sea) they were sweet and delicious. My wife raved about the pork belly and the... More

Etch is just a couple blocks away from the honky tonks and clubs of the District, but it feels worlds away. Fresh ingredients, perfect preparation, a good wine list, and upscale atmosphere combine to make this a pleasant respite from the deep-fried goodness of other places downtown. It's perfect for dinner before a night at the Nashville Symphony or on... More

Foodies: the menu is unique and will take you on a culinary journey. The Chef Deb Paquette's pallet must be amazing. The combinations of flavor will tantalize you. Seared Tuna / Shrimp appetizer was melt in your mouth. Try the cold squash soup. Lamb chops were the best my husband every had. I had the Cobia (white fish) cooked to... More

Our first visit to Etch confirmed the rave reviews lauded on Deb Paquette's creative menu and amazing staff. Everything about the experience was first class. With a traffic jam delaying our arrival by 30 minutes, we told our server of our tight schedule and he and the kitchen cooperated to make sure we had a great experience in just 55... More
