Our quick visit to Nashville included quite a few great dinners. This was one of my favorites. The Califlower dish was fantastic. The combination of Almonds and Pea Purée was well paired. I will say the Butter tasting is more of a gimmick. I'd suggest ordering another appetizer or dessert instead. Service was great. Strongly recommend

During my stay in Nashville I have went to this restaurant 3 times and all 3 experiences have been extremely positive. Among food most memorable was duck sausage (blended with herbs) with ginger grits. Exquisitely arranged and ensuring nirvana of the taste. Tuna salad and scallops I took the other times were excellent as well. Perhaps they could have more... More

First of all, if you're in Nashville, do not miss this restaurant. Some nights at restaurants are just magical bite after bite and Etch was certainly one of those nights. From the beats & berries salad with the amazing vinaigrette & candied Pistachios through the scallops, which were seriously mouth water bite after bite, and onto the Meyer lemon mousse... More

We were disappointed no reservation was available at a time convenient. On a whim we walked in only to find a couple leaving the bar. Hello! The food was amazing. Fresh, beautiful and refreshing. We will definitely go back!!!

Wow! An amazing experience from the moment we walked in. Very classy yet comfortable. We had an awesome waiter who explained the amazing layers of favors our entrees consisted of. The chef does a wonderful job creating an array of ingredients you would never dream would be in the same dish. We had the butter appetizer; a variety of four... More

Chef Debra Paquette was sorely missed when Zola closed. She has redefined the meaning of an exceptional dining experience with Etch. We were lucky to sit at the kitchen bar where we watched the line cooks and Chef Debra work their magic. Service and food were outstanding. Thank you!

I have been to Etch for Saturday lunch, weekday lunch, and dinner parties. And I have been overwhelmed for the amazing experience each occasion. The great service, modern decor and fabulous menu have made it a favorite for my family and friends. It's definitely a place for foodies, but not pretentious. The menu has something for everyone. Deb Paquette, a... More

This place is amazing from the moment you step inside! My husband and i sat at the chefs bar and were impressed with everything we saw. The staff is amazing, the food is amazing, the atmosphere is also amazing. They have been open for less than a year. I can't wait to watch this jewel climb its way to the... More
