Whether it is a romantic dinner before the symphony or a special occasion or just a night out on the town, you will love this restaurant. For Nashvillians, don't try to compare it with Zola (same chef, different concept) because it isn't even similar. There is an incredibly eclectic menu. Our party ordered scallops, lamb, pork tenderloin and venison. Nobody... More

My wife and I went to Etch last night. Great experience from start to finish. I had the pork belly appetizer,,, it was so good I cannot explain it. My main dish was Cobia. Great fish and great preparation. My wife had the roasted cauliflower appetizer, awesome, and the spaghetti squash main. She normally does not order vegetarian mains, but... More

Its good but if you are thinking it is the rebirth of Zola then you will be disappointed. I have been twice. When it first opened I went in to the bar for apps and dessert. The food was good but the bar was not a great place to sit and enjoy the experience. Very disorganized and the bartenders were... More

Weren't so sure when we perused the menu, but the pork tenderloin was delicious, my guest loved the cobia, and another enjoyed his meal...I cannot recall what it was but the server was terrific. Try the roasted cauliflower appetizer-- DIVINE!

No doubt Etch has already become a Nashville favorite! Now we understand why - from the amazing, creative food to the excellent helpful service. Amy, who was our server, clearly described the dishes and helped us make great choices. In addition, when we had a question about a wine she promptly asked the expert, Richard, to come over and assist... More

Overall the food was very good. The service was outstanding. Excellent wine list. Server recommended a syrah which was delicious. Will definitely be back.

This restaurant is beautifully decorated, conveniently located, with very attentive wait staff, but the food is inexplicable. Upon reading other reviews, I could not wait to try the cobia. I can assure that the flavor of the actual fish is something you will not taste in this dish. The chef apparently wanted every flavor and texture to be present in... More

I took my daughter here for her birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience!! We made a reservation to sit at the bar-style seating where you had a view of the open kitchen. We started by sharing a Charcuterie Salad including some delicious tennessee prosciutto and house cured sausages. We really enjoyed the prosciutto as well as the rest of... More

Etch is not to be missed! Every course of my meal was wonderful; scallop entree was perfect. High quality scallops, perfectly cooked, and full of rich flavor! Truly one of the best meals I have had in a long time! (And I only eat the best) Anytime I am in Nashville I will be back!

The roasted cauliflower has a truffled pea sauce that was the best thing that I ate that night. The beet salad featured chili pomegranate walnut vinaigrette and gingered goat cheese. For entrees, the katafi pasta is made from extremely thinly shredded spaghetti pasta stuffed with fontina cheese and toasted. The filet entree was very good, but the highlight of that... More
