Fabulous experience at the bar!

We sat at the only little booth near the bar...came in without a reservation so we were walk ins. The bartender is a wonderful raconteur and mixologist! He made the best smoked bourbon concoction. The food was delicious and so imaginative. The owner/chef sat down with us for a few minutes...and we... read more

The food was delicious. We had the pork belly appetizer. The pork was well cooked and seasoned and the sauces were amazing. I could eat an entire jar of the pickled brussels sprouts that came on the plate. I had the cobia while my husband ordered the special of the day. The cobia was delicious; well cooked and well seasoned.... More

Normally its terribly overbooked. But once you are in, you will at-once feel all your patience is paid upto the pennies. We used to go there early, make a reservation and then take a walk by the convention center at the opposite side. And by the time we are back, we would get call for our table. Everything seems to... This place is my go-to restaurant in Nashville. I would be happy to eat almost anything on the menu, and I am a very picky eater! The butter tasting is a must, even if it may sound a little strange. Our salads were very fresh and delicious. Also, order one of each of the sides--they do not disappoint! Get the... More

We started with the Ciopino, which is a scallop dish. You only get two, but it has a kick and the scallops were cooked perfectly. We both had the Trio De Setas as our entrées which is the most amazing vegetable dish! Very well done. We shared the peanut butter chocolate dessert which was just ok. We didn't even finish... More

Business dinner. Bar is TINY. Restaurant had a eat-in bar and was adequate size. Place was packed until it closed. Food was outstanding and unique. Waiter was GREAT. Bartenders not so much.

The blending of flavors and textures were amazing with the food choices. I think we tried just about everything! The staff, location, atmosphere and food were exceptional. I hope to make it back again one day!

Great eclectic menu. I highly recommend the roasted cauliflower, it was out of this world. Atmosphere was great for a business discussion. A lot of construction outside nearby, can't wait until that is complete. (As I'm sure the restaurant is also!)

I been to Etch twice over an 18 month period, and it did not disappoint either time. Good local food, great service, and great atmosphere. The best meal of your life, no, but pretty darn good. Put it on your Nashville list.
