Delicious brunch and cocktails! I wish they took reservations on open table. Get there as soon as they open if you want to get out and sight see!

Went with my husband and two other couples on July 3rd prior to an event at the Ryman and was unimpressed. The waitress knew nothing about Nashville, complained the entire time about the bad relationship she was in, and the food was mediocre at best. We started with the quac appetizer which was ok, moved on to the short rib... More

We were sent here by the front desk at our hotel and it was a solid recommendation. It's conveniently located, reasonable portions, great southern style home cooking, good service and very reasonable prices. This is a great find that we will check out again. BTW, if the weather is nice they have two patios; one in the shade and one... More

8 of us needed to eat quickly on a Wed. night to get to a baseball game on time, and the server certainly delivered! We were seated in a small room off the bar area, and it was perfect for our group. We started out with the Happy Hour drinks and they couldn't have been more delicious! Most of us... More

Visiting Nashville and stumbled upon the Tavern. Very good mussels but the best part was the special s'more dessert. A fire pot and all the fixings were delivered to our table for a make it yourself delicious dessert. Great clubby atmosphere and nice people. Would go back again.

They had a nice menu with lots of fun drink choices and a variety of food choices. Everything tasted good! I had a burger, which was good...but not sure if I could have had a little food poisoning later in the night? Still, everything looked delicious. I wanted to try the s'mores, maybe next time.

This is a very popular local restaurant with a variety of food. When I arrived, there was a wait. The hostess was very helpful and I decided to place a to go order and she even helped me find a seat at the bar to wait for my food. The burger was wonderful and cooked as ordered and the sea... More

We arrived for Sunday brunch and had about a 40 minute wait. We enjoyed bloody mary's at the bar, that was crowded with a great group of folks watching the World Cup! Once seated we enjoyed the pretzel pancakes, the chicken sausage, the breakfast stir fry (which was my favorite!) and finished off by sharing a red velvet waffle for... More

We stumbled into this restaurant on a Saturday night, not knowing the area nor the restaurant options. It was a nice find, and we had no regrets in going there. The place was indeed busy; wait was 45 minutes but we were able to get seats at the bar and skipped the formal table dining. Bartenders were very attentive and... More

I had to get out of downtown and headed to the Tavern last week. Grouchy waitperson - with an attitude. Three of us had a burger and I had the mussels. Everything was hot and tasty (the fries were a bit meh). Nice selection of local beer. The buffalo cauliflower was legit. We all wanted to lick the bowl. I... More
