We love Italian and had high hopes. First of all, it took a day and a night to get to this place from our room. The service at this restaurant is excellent. The atmosphere was not what we had wanted but we enjoyed our meal. The kitchen staff was willing to substitute a few things for us, but overall, the... More

The Italian restaurant is definitely pretty to the eye. I like the decor. Most workers there are the same so you'll see the same bartenders and servers. The website for the hotel has a dinner menu but doesn't have a menu online to show you the cost for wine. INSANELY EXPENSIVE. Food is ok here. Nothing to rave about other... More

Being inside the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, you were captives to the restaurants and this looked a bit different from the rest. But the food was just OK and the wine very expensive. This was the most expensive meal in our 2 weeks in the US and it was not very special-best to go on an corporate expense account.

Stopped here for a meal on the first night of our stay after taking a look around the resort at the different options. This restaurant is in the atrium amidst a pleasing array of tropical plants, water features and bridges. Personally I found the airy atrium slightly chilly so I took a wrap with me. The menu is fairly limited... More

The atmosphere was casual but the food tasted like I was in a 5 star restaurant. The bartender suggested a few drinks to go with my meal that I really enjoyed. I even tried to replicate the drink when I returned home.

We had a private room for a large work dinner and it worked out really well. The wait staff was a little intrusive at times during the presentation, but overall it was a good experience.

Food and service was fine, but pricey. I felt that Spag & meatballs at $20.00 was a little much. Hotel prices were clearly

Food was great. No complaints. It was worth the price to splurge a bit. Service was not so good, but maybe our waitress was just having an off day. Great atmosphere for a late dinner surrounded by the beautiful gardens inside the Gaylord.

We split an entree and had salads with a bottle of wine and it costs almost $120. Food and service were excellent.

I was especially captivated by the setting; it was inside a hotel in a sort of botanical garden. The atmosphere was fairly relaxing and the service more than excellent. I no longer remember what my wife and I ate, but I do remember mine had roast button mushrooms and, I believe, papardella. The dish was not tomato based thereby proving... More
