great chips and queso

Chips and salsa , not complementary, and cheese dip was delicious. Margaritas were good but watered down with too much ice. I got the grilled fish tacos which were tasty but the sliver of fish on them was miniscule. Food was better than other places we ate on property and prices more reasonable.

I've eaten here before when I've been at the Gaylord, so expected good food. As in the past, I wasn't disappointed. I had a pork and green chile enchilada, which was very tasty. The flavors of pork and the chile verde were clear and distinguishable (which isn't always the case at Mexican restaurants). We also ordered gaucamole, which they make... More

We had dinner here on our first night at the Gaylord Property. It was easy to get in and get a table. The food was good and fully met my expectations. The Guacamole was excellent for an appetizer and I loved the Shrimp Tacos. Would go back.

After seriously disappointing experiences at Fuse Sports Bar and Jack Daniels, this dinner was a pleasant surprise. We had a couple of margaritas and guacamole as a starter. The guac was excellent and fresh. We both had the burrito entre and we loved it. The portions were large and the burritos had great flavor. Our server, Rhonda, was delightful, talkative... More

It's a little pricey for what you get food and drink wise, BUT it is worth it. Our group of three all had margaritas, the rellanos appetizer and then we had 3 entrees... pork tacos, chicken tacos and beef burrito. All of it was prepared well, flavored perfectly and the chips and salsa are perfect. I would have eaten here... More

This experience certainly exceeded my expectations -- nice menu options (chicken enchiladas were really tasty), good presentation, reasonable prices, and generous portions. If you are staying at the Opryland and southwest fast strikes your fancy, I think you will really enjoy eating here.

This place was top notch! The food was so full of flavor and beautifully presented! The wait staff was awesome and the ambiance is super nice! The chefs do a magnificent job! Prices are not cheap, but fairly reasonable for high quality food! Check it out when you're there. You won't be disappointed!!

We checked in at the Gaylord Opryland Resort around 6pm on a Friday and our kids were famished so we ventured out to eat. There was no wait at this restaurant and we love Mexican food so we gave it a try. Kids are 12, 8 and 5 and they loved their quesadillas. I had a taco salad and my... More

The Gaylord Opryland Hotel has many restaurants. However, most of them are overpriced or they have a long wait around dinner time. The Solario was the only one that could seat us in under 10 minutes. With two children under age 6, it was the best choice. The chips and salsa were good, but the chips at the bottom were... More

Excellent food! The stacked enchiladas were perfect. Service was good too. Pricing reasonable for the location.
