Some of the best sushi we've found in Nashville. Great ambiance, great service, and fantastic food. Would definitely recommend.
I have friends who currently live in Nashville and said it was the best they have found with reasonable prices. Right of 21st street with nice shops. The atmosphere is casual and fun the Mainline Roll is Salmon and cream cheese got a soy wrap and crunch.
Went on Wednesday night around 6:45 PM. Sat at bar, was 2 for 1 night. Very good sushi, great atmosphere, service impeccable. I would highly recommend!
We visited this establishment with our 2 year old daughter, who befriended our very attentive and kind waiter. It was quite quiet for lunch on a weekday, but we saw a lot of people picking up for take-out. The atmosphere in the restaurant was quite funky and hip, but still welcoming, and not so cool to avoid taking a kid... More
Was there with two friends Saturday night; we were in town for the concert Friday and found this restaurant online. It is Fantastic. Food: delicious. Everything we ordered was exceptional, and the prices were less than expected. I highly recommend the sake flight! Service: I didn't get her name, but we loved our server that evening. She was working on... More
I visited Nashville recently and decided to visit one of my area faves - Zumi Sushi Japanese Kitchen! The food is always tasty and the restaurant has a hip, fun vibe. Original artwork on the walls, concrete counters at the bar, a wide open concept all wrapped up in a historic bungalow rehab. There is a large outdoor dining area... More
Thank you so much for your review. We are happy to hear that you liked the sushi, cocktails, and ambiance of our restaurant. We are consistently working on making our food and service better for our guests. What could we do to earn 5 stars instead? More
Our lunch here started off on a positive note: we got a nice table by a window, it was quiet (the deeper meaning of this, a lack of customers, was not initially apparent), and Mr. Ponytailed Waiter was friendly and seemed attentive. Our food came quickly; my companion thought his sushi was adequate, but without much variety of fish (only... More
We went for a sushi making class to Zumi a few weeks before and were impressed by the ambiance and details to the sushi making process. (an outside sushi chef had chosen this restaurant to 'stage' his class). We decided to try out the restaurant for a happy hour menu (also included in American Airlines Advantage dining dollars). The outside... More
Zumi is a fantastic restaurant that I have ever encountered in term of sushi and asian food. I went to the restaurant for almost every friday dinner throughout summer. Amazing environment, extremely delicious food and lovely background music. Although it is pricey for student like myself, it is worthwhile spending money occasionally. Although it is mostly asian food, they are... More
