This Panera is pretty typical of all other Panera Bread restaurants. The food was good and prepared within a reasonable amount of time. The restaurant was pretty clean. The staff working from 2-4 (I was there two different days between those hours) lacked high quality customer service skills. Little attention was paid to the customer upon entry and at ordering... Bleary eyed from the night before, we staggered into Panera at 6:30A. Person that waited on us was bright and pretty funny. Helped start the day off right. Good stuff.

I pretty much like Panera, so I was disappointed when I stood in line at this one for nearly a half hour and the order was wrong. I was part of a big convention and this place was convenient for a necessary quick meal, but they had so few people working that it was apparent they needed to face this... More

The downtown location of Panera Bread is just a block up from Broadway at Commerce and 5th and provides an oasis away from the crowds and hustle of Broadway. Two can have a tasty and complete lunch here for less than $15 if you pick the half-size sandwiches or other specials. Coffee is the best in town (choices of dark... More

Not far from the hotel and with the expense of room service, eat here. It is always good and fresh. I ate here twice because the hotel food was so bad.

We didn't want to eat in the hotel and this was the only breakfast place around. We enjoy pane ras wherever we go- food is good and reasonable. A good standby.
