I actually really like Panera and eat there often, usually by myself. It is my little getaway for myself. The Avacado Cobb Salad is my favorite. It is a great place to go and sip an iced coffee and read a book. The temperature in the back of the restaurant can get quite chilly as they really turn up the... More

Panera has been one of our favorite places to eat when we pass through Mt. Juliet. Today, however, was a huge disappointment. The girl taking orders was very polite. My mom just wanted water & she told us the water cups were beside the dispenser. When I got there, I realized the water glass was 5 ounces at the most.... More

The food itself was very good. We order and kept waiting for our food, finally asked and they had lost our order. They found it and then gave us the wrong order. When we finally got it straightened out the food was good but it took us about 20 minutes to finally get what we ordered.

Had the half sandwich/soup cup combo myself, bf had the half salad. Portions were reasonable, fresh ingredients & pretty quick for food to come up. Free wi-fi & nice atmosphere.

ou can count on Panera to have good food, a clean place and pleasant atmosphere. This Panera Bread restaurant is in that category. Food was good, restaurant was busy, but efficient and we enjoyed our lunch.

I have been trying to contact Panera Bread through their contact email on their website for almost 2 weeks now and have received NO response. I had a horrible experience at our Panera Bread. My husband and I both ordered the pick 2 specials to go and got a half salad and half sandwich. When we received our order the... More

My family and I went to Panera Bread on Saturday night at 6:30 pm on November 16, 2013. They were not very busy. The guy taking our order was fine; however, he was distracted by the cooks, and it took a while to get our food ordered. The food was prepared quickly. When I picked it up, they had substituted... I stopped at this Panera for quick dinner. On a Sunday night and not very busy. The service was ok. I ordered the half salad and sandwich. The salad had no salad dressing at all. The sandwich was chicken salad which had been put between two slices of white bread with a round scoop. No lettuce, tomato, or mayonnaise. The... More

Excellent fast service. Great staff and good food. The environment at this location is very well laid out. The free wifi is a nice bonus.

Love their pastries...possibly addicted!! Recommend pecan, almond, or chocolate pastries. The coffee is terrific...you can make it the way you like it! It's especially nice to sit outside! Their soups and salads are very good too!
