Busy, bustling, with good food

This restaurant (Innocent Bystander) was certainly crowded and lively on a Sunday afternoon - which probably slowed the service a little. We love coming here for a glass of wine on a Saturday afternoon. Even if it’s a cloudy, cold day you can sit outside under the heaters. The menu is tapas and pizza. They also do a lovely cheese plate. The Pizza is awesome- one of the best we ever had. We highly recommend the mushroom and truffle oil pizza.... More

Lovely bright airy modern place. We went here for lunch. Plenty of share plates to choose from but we had 2 pizzas and our grandson had fish. The pizzas were delicious, friendly service and very fast. This is a winery as part of the restaurant . We bought sourdough bread to take away and they also have a variety of... More

We enjoyed a lovely meal at this downtown Healesville winery and restaurant. It is a very casual affair in a high bay space between the barrel cellar the fermentation hall and the kitchen. The lamb ribs were amazing and one of the most unique and creative dishes we've had so far on our food and wine tour of Melbourne and... More

Large, airy, modern environment; coupled with friendly, personal service... both add to the awesome flavors the food and wine have to offer. We definitely be coming back again and again.

This is a Combined winery and restaurant and bakery and cheese distributor all set in a wonderful open plan overlooking the wine making and kitchens. It is also called giant steps - innocent bystander. We went there twice over the weekend once for a late afternoon desert and coffee and the other for a late breakfast. Both were very good.... More

I'm a newish Mum so don't really get to do these things yet but ....I am really looking forward to coming here for drinks in the evenings with friends, and for coffee's and pastries during the day when I'm no longer breast feeding. Great pastries, bread and pizzas made here fresh every day and superb cheese counter. Their Sangiovese wine... More

Went here on a not so nice Saturday afternoon, weather was a bit chilly. There was no indoor searing so we sat outside under a heater, what a great way to spend Saturday afternoon. We shared a pizza, some wine and some chips and totally chilled out for a few hours. A lovely way to spend the day.

A great modern wine and food experience. We started by tasting some great wines, chose one for our meal, then enjoyed watching all that was going on with a very yummy pizza.

Wine tasting was great, the sales guy was friendly .... Slushy moscato - divine. The food was great. Pizza had a few ingredients but it was flavoursome
