This place is always on our list now whenever we visit Bright. The home cooked meals are to die for. Loved the Moroccan soup, friends loved the fillo parcels. The way they serve the meals is yummy and very Jamie Oliver style! Ice cream too was yummy!

Whilst moving house recently I purchased a frozen dinner meal to ease the burden if moving, not only did they have it ready fir me, we enjoyed our beef stroganoff with chia seeded rice and a rocket salad to accompany it. Emma what can we say! You excell in all u do! What a pleasure to experience your hospitality.

Stopped in for morning tea on a autumn ramble by the river. The cafe is very charming in style but the real treat is the quality of the coffee and the beautiful homemade baking. The kids enjoyed the ice-cream despite the cold weather.

Has outside seating, and some inside seating, they sell some lovely baked goodies and has a blackboard with menu options. Just along the street is the park with seats, shade, river and bits and pieces to read about the history of Harrietville, so if you want a take away item, plenty of choices. To complement the lovely day was a... More

Total enjoyment of coffee and Turkish delight icecream , found it expensive at $ 10 for a coke & single cone [ costly if you had a family ] but that's tourist spots for you but we will be back

We were surprised to find such wonderful food in such a small place as Harrietville. The potato and leek soup was delicious, and sufficient as a complete lunch. The home made chicken pie was also excellent and served with a very tasty salad. Even though it was such a cold day we couldn't resist an icecream to finish, choosing the... More
