I felt so bad leaving and knowing that I'd never return because the waiter (manager/owner?) kept checking if everything was ok and if we were enjoying the food . He was so softly spoken and polite and eager to please that we didn't have the heart to tell him that the food was terrible. The chicken was grey and dry,... More

We had some takeaway food during the weekend. It took quite long before we got it, but the quality and quantity were very good for a nice price!

Probably the best Indian food I have had in regional Australia. The menu is very extensive and delish! The resturant itself has that typical Indian quirky charm and authenticity. Highly recommended.

Didn't sit in, was only a few people there on a Sunday night in may But they were fast with our takeout and it was really nice, got the lamb rogan josh, lamb was soft and not too fatty

I'm not a super huge fan of Indian food but this was pretty good. For a place that's kinda out of place the food is quite authentic and tasty. Would definitely come back..

We ate out here on a Saturday night and were very pleased with our choice. We chose the banquet for four which offered a wide range of dishes and represented very good value. The food was well presented and tasty. It was good to BYO wine with a minimal corkage charge. Recommended!

Fantastic food! Authentic Indian cuisine from the Punjab. Great service. Popular restaurant. BYO. Great mango lassis. If you ask for 'hot' just be prepared to take the bit between your teeth and get through the meal! It will test you out! A gem 10-15mins walk from the heart of Hall's Gap.

We live locally and eat here often - much more often than any other place in Halls Gap. The reasons is the excellent food, great service and the fact that you can BYO. Keep up the good work!

We ordered takeaway from here and liked the food. It was delicious, albeit a bit spicy, but where's the fun in Indian curry without some spice in it! The breads were good too! Overall, a decent experience. Sit-downs are a bit more expensive than take-away.

My wife is Indian, so I can tell you we know what a good curry is, and this wasn't far off the mark! Obviously it's not going to be the best curry you've had, being in a small town with little choice, but we were pleasantly surprised at the quality. Paneer was perhaps a little underspiced but dahl and lamb... More
