Very disappointing

Having dinner at this restaurant with friends & children we were hoping to have a good night out. We waited over one hour to be served our entrees & a forgotten bowl of chips. Apparently they had run out of eggplant & had to get some more & that was why we waited so long for our entree. They... read more

Great food and lots of it...really good friendly staff reasonable prices and great dark atmosphere. Biggest steak I have seen. Highly recommend.

We went to this restaurant on a voucher and was not disappointed with the meal. The staff were a bit unorganized and I don't know if this was due to us having an early dinner (one of the first to arrive) or if they just aren't organized. The food is great and if they get the service fine tuned, it... More

I've been here four times in four years and each time we come the service gets slower and slower. The food is great especially the mixed grill but it would be nice to get some hot sauces on the table as well. Don't come here if you are in a hurry. They have high chairs and sometimes give colouring sheets... More

went for eat as much as you can night on Monday! This should really have said "sit for 2 hours and we wont serve you a main meal !". Add to this they apparently run out of a very rarely ordered ingredient - oh yeah this was um chicken. When complaining was told that the chef had apparently fallen apart... More

Had dinner here on a Friday night. The entree was just melted cheese with a bread roll for dipping. It was a very simple and flavorless dish. This is something my child could have made, not what I expected from a restaurant. We had a BBQ meat platter for the main. The meat was very dry and had no real... More

I bought a living social voucher for two people, for a three course meal. We went with our son, and bought a separate entree for him as we were only entitled to one entry to share between the two of us. My wife who is Argentinian and wanted me to taste the meat empanadas, but she was very disappointed when... More

Second visit and not disappointed. Tried the mixed grill the first time, lived the little charcoal burner keeping the grill warm. Next time I tried the rump & porterhouse combo, the rump was great, however the porterhouse was just melt in your mouth spectacular, I cannot ever having a better steak in my entire life, and that is quite an... After a number of visits we won't be returning. Tacos were served soggy and grilled to the plate filled with enormous chunks of dry chicken. Nachos were served in a bowl and apart from a couple of corn chips around the edges had become a soggy soup. Staff are always friendly and lovely, however there seems to be a lack... More

Dirty tables and glass ware. Service extremely slow and non attentive. Many dessert items listed on their menu weren't available. Most off putting aspect was having service staff serve your drinks while holding the rim of the glass of wine....a big no,no! Will certainly not be re visiting this place again.
