Description: Same old Cracker Barrel set up -- rockers on porch, store and restaurant but -- we were seated immediately -- no "you have to wait for a table so brouse our store" story. Refreshing change!

My wife and two aunts dined on November 1st for dinner and the food was very good but the service was terrible! All four of us agreed the waitress was rude and condescending. I gave it three stars because the food was good and would have given it four but the service was that bad. I think this is just... More

Recently had breakfast at the Cracker Barrel in Morristown, TN with 3 others. Breakfast was served fast a plus. The Sunrise Sampler that 3 of us ordered, Two Eggs cooked to order with grits, sawmill gravy and homemade buttermilk biscuits served with fried apples, hash brown casserole and a sampling of smoked sausage, country ham and thick-sliced bacon was a... I ate here the weekend of the Bristol Race so things were pretty busy, but not anymore than a typical weekend. My breakfast food came back cold and when I complained to the server she immediately went to the manager who made things right. Food was ok because of being cold, they did bring some of the things again. But... More

If you've been to one Cracker Barrel, you've been to them all. After a long day of sightseeing in the Morristown area, we didn't feel like driving all over the place to find someplace to eat. This Cracker Barrel was located adjacent to our hotel, so we just walked across the parking lot for dinner. Service was very good, but... More

My mom and I stopped in Morristown for the night. The next morning we went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast before heading home. We both ordered the Smothered Steak with eggs, potato casserole, grits & biscuit and gravy. We never eat that much for breakfast but we pretty much cleaned our plates. The food is always good at Cracker Barrel!

Though this Cracker Barrel is one of the hardest ones we have ever tried to get to from the freeway, it was well worth it. We stopped by with my in laws for a quick lunch on our way to Boone, NC for our daughter's College Graduation. The hostess and servers were all so friendly and concerned about our dining... More

This chain is always dependable. I always know what I'm going to get when I go there and I'm not disappointed. Quality food and customer service every time. And I really like that there are more choices for someone trying to cut down on fat and fried food. I love the vegetable plate. The broccoli last night was so nicely... More
