Description: Same old Cracker Barrel set up -- rockers on porch, store and restaurant but -- we were seated immediately -- no "you have to wait for a table so brouse our store" story. Refreshing change!

Our family of 13 waited less than 10 minutes to be seated on Saturday for lunch. We were in town for a funeral and needed a warm, comfortable place to eat and visit. The service at this location was excellent and everyone enjoyed the food. It is off Interstate 81 and is a little convoluted to reach. Watch for the... More

We went for lunch after church . It was busy as expected, but we only waited for 20 minutes for a table for five. We hardly had time to browse in the store before being seated. The staff in the store was very friendly and helpful, not to mention patient with the crowded area. Our order consisted of a variety... More

I was nervous to go here on Sunday as it's a family style restaurant and directly off I81, but we were seated right away. Our waitress was young but sweet and attentive (my daughter drinks really fast). I got breakfast, and my daughter and fiance got lunch/dinner food. We were served promptly and all of our meals were yummy. (They... More

My wife and two aunts dined on November 1st for dinner and the food was very good but the service was terrible! All four of us agreed the waitress was rude and condescending. I gave it three stars because the food was good and would have given it four but the service was that bad. I think this is just... More

Recently had breakfast at the Cracker Barrel in Morristown, TN with 3 others. Breakfast was served fast a plus. The Sunrise Sampler that 3 of us ordered, Two Eggs cooked to order with grits, sawmill gravy and homemade buttermilk biscuits served with fried apples, hash brown casserole and a sampling of smoked sausage, country ham and thick-sliced bacon was a... I ate here the weekend of the Bristol Race so things were pretty busy, but not anymore than a typical weekend. My breakfast food came back cold and when I complained to the server she immediately went to the manager who made things right. Food was ok because of being cold, they did bring some of the things again. But... More

If you've been to one Cracker Barrel, you've been to them all. After a long day of sightseeing in the Morristown area, we didn't feel like driving all over the place to find someplace to eat. This Cracker Barrel was located adjacent to our hotel, so we just walked across the parking lot for dinner. Service was very good, but... More

My mom and I stopped in Morristown for the night. The next morning we went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast before heading home. We both ordered the Smothered Steak with eggs, potato casserole, grits & biscuit and gravy. We never eat that much for breakfast but we pretty much cleaned our plates. The food is always good at Cracker Barrel!
