Great food, very rude staff member

Fantastic food, but was told to move my chair in with a lot of attitude (I'm not a big person and my chair was pushed in so far it was hitting the table leg and couldn't go any further) they also got my order wrong and then suggested that I hadnt ordered/paid for my coffee... Not a great start to... read more

The Red Till is probably the or close to the best cafe in Anglesea. Coffee consistently good. Menu changes often enough to make it interesting but sometimes a little hit and miss (mostly awesome though). Family friendly too.

Great little cafe with the best coffee [I'm hard to please], very friendly staff and great food. I'll be calling in again when I'm next travelling The Great Ocean Road.

Quality coffee and a menu that is a little different from the normal options elsewhere make The Red Till a great place to stop for breakfast or lunch. Both the decor and the menu may seem a little eclectic and offbeat but that is part of the charm.

We stopped here for a coffee and a scone. Absolutely loved all the retro decor and the fact that my long black coffee was served in such a funky red cup and saucer! Attention to detail very much appreciated. One of many cool memories of our stay in Australia and how just popping in for a quick coffee can be... More

Disappointed, was really excited to try this place, found it very overrated, sure the coffee and food was ok but I had better food and coffee at mr t's in aireys inlet and mcgains nursery cafe up the road, but the thing that really ruined the experience and the reason I won't go back, was the boss on that day... Red Till is quirky, retro and very relaxed. The food and coffee are fantastic and the service is friendly. Lots of vintage toys for the kids and plenty of suitable menu items for them. LOVE this place, it's the perfect start to a day at the beach!

Great coffee with quick and efficient service during peak times, can't say the same for some of the other cafes in town.
