Honestly, this place is like a David Bowie song of old - vanishing up its own orifice with its wannabe hipster staff. Friendly faces at breakfast! Looked after our little boy really well - warm croissant choc milk yum! Dad with flat white nice and hot. Had a luxe breakfast. Service excellent despite other reviews to the contrary! Takes a while for some to accept change but change is good!

Fresh, different food with a healthy twist. Absolutely gorgeous staff there, always happy to see patrons.

I went for lunch (early) at Bill's Woollahra early January. It was quiet and the wait staff were attentive, warm and professional. The ingredients in the dishes we had were fresh and of top quality,

Love both Bills @ Darlinghurst & Woollahra, trick is to go there before peak service periods so you can enjoy the food (& the scenery) without too long a wait for your food.

Bill - what is happening? This place has great food - chicken brooth to die for and beautiful pasta. The service however is terrible. Staff totally uninterested in their diners. Had to ask for water 3 times and almost got up to get it myself - other diners did. No acknowledgement on arrival in a queue (how hard is it... More

Luckily we arrived early this sunny winters morning. Our meals were delightful as always. The staff were top- notch! Nothing was too much trouble for Isabella! Thanks

After years of promising myself I would visit Bills I did just that today. Reading the menu it was great to see some of those promising dishes from Bills cookbooks so I went for the corn fritters with bacon spinach and slow roasted tomato. The service was great with no rushing, very friendly staff, open kitchens of which I love... More

We were happy to wait 30 minutes for a table just so I could get my favourite Bills corn fritters, the best in the world!!! I have had a lot of corn fritters and consider myself an expert and Bills are just a touch better than my other favourite Bristo C in Noosa. But you must get the avocado salsa! The... More

Dear Bill(s), Let's have a chat you and I. After having abandoned your Darlinghurst restaurant for terribly slow service, I thought I would give you one more chance when we moved close to the Woollahra one. You are understaffed, overpriced, and too popular for your own good. Waving my hand frantically for attention every time I visit - to order... More
