Four of us dined here on my Birthday in June and three of us ordered the Salmon dish. Well we all thought this was the best meal ever.My other friend had Cutlets, which I wouldn't really recommend. The French Waitress was perfect with her accent, and of course with the wine. I asked for the wine to be cold so she... More

We were married here in May. Absolutely everything was perfect. The setting is spectacular, the food and service were world class. Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Dunbar House.

Enjoyed a beautiful wedding reception at this recently renovated stately home on the banks of Sydney Harbour in Watsons Bay. The food was excellent and the staff so helpful. Would recommend it anytime for a special occasion.

I visited Dunbar House on Friday 27/06. It was a great winters day in Sydney and the sun was shining. The greeting was curt and the rest of the service, whilst reasonably efficient was "cool" and without any emotion. The food was served in reasonable time and was of a high standard. The wine list was OK but very expensive... More

Had lunch here today on the verandah. Could not fault the food or the service. I am a visitor from Adelaide and will come here again next time in Sydney. I had the spiced chicken and the citrus crepes. Both faultless

We visited for breakfast and had a good meal overlooking the beautiful bay. Grand-daughter was able to play on the beach while we watched and enjoyed coffee. Cost was about $20 per head. Not over the top given the location and service.

For $150 per head the food was very average. Once the sun is down the place is worth nothing. The staff were rude and unprofessional ...the park across the road offers the view for nothing!

This review is for anybody with kids, DO NOT GO HERE. Had a similar experience as Judds below, lined up for a table and the maitre'd served an older couple behind me, they did have a booking but literally he treated me like I was not even there! I know he looked at me ( pregnant) with a 2 year... More

My husband and I lined up for a table at Dunbar House yesterday. We patiently waited until we were at the front of the line. This gave us time to observe the dirty black carpet and shabby, tired decor. The waiter greeted two women who came after us before he treated us and then repeated this process by offering them...
