This was great when it first opened but the novelty has worn off. Good for a drink or coffee but the novelty food has lost it's edge.

This place is packed day and night . So perhaps that explains why they don't feel the need to apologise when they miss the mark. Went for breakfast- simple breakfast ordered, had to chase up twice as we noted many customers coming and going having been fed and we still were awaiting. When it finally arrived it was fine, nothing... More

Went here on a Saturday night with a group of 4. Even if they don't take reservations we only had to wait 10 min to get a table. The service was excellent, everyone was friendly and attentive. The food was prefect, we orders lamb shoulders and pork belly. We'll definitely be back!

Hemingway's in located directly across the road from the beach & a few doors down from the North Steyne Hotel. The café is very cute with rustic table & chairs totally perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch or coffee. We were a family of 4 & ordered the bacon & egg roll which was delicious & my daughter ordered the confit... More

met with a few girlfriends, service good, food good, across from beach, attentive staff and all meals came out together, bonus, shabby chic look, seats not that comfie, but once talking you forget, not a huge menu but a good choice, had the chicken nuggets, hamburger and pumpkin salad, nibbles of olives and crackling pork, all good, and all under $20... Stopped here for a coffee and was impressed with what I saw coming out of the kitchen saw came back later for a light lunch. Enjoyed an amazing brushetta of avocado, cherry tomatoes and the smoothest fetta cheese, with the sweetest balsamic vinegar. Absolutely amazing taste...the salads and more substantial meals that I could around me made me want to... More

We were recommended this place for something a little different and it was wonderful. We had a coffee and a tea both of which were very nice to drink. We each had salads for lunch and they were fresh and tasty. The place is set up as a mock bookstore or library and it has a very quaint feel to... More

Hemingway was surely the first hipster. His was a love of adventure, chivalry, and a non-mainstream life - and of course, later on, a big beard. He also loved a good drink. So who better to build a bar around than a man renowned for his love of libations, food and an eclectic lifestyle? Hemingway’s in Manly embraces Papa’s philosophies... More
