I had been avoiding having a pasta in a restaurant in Australia for more than 10 years but finally I found this restaurant! We ordered fettuccine, ravioli and risotto. Risotto was good, not extraordinary but fettuccine and ravioli were outstanding! Having several occasions to eat great pasta in Italy, I know what great pasta stands for. I hate overcooked pasta... Bravo used to be around the corner, and now they've moved into mainstream Willoughby Rd Crows Nest, they's joined the bustle of about 50 or more restaurants which make this area a foodie's dream. Their traditional Italian food is excellent -- I love their lasagne made the old fashioned way with heaps of meat and melted cheese. Best of all... More

Ate at Bravo Trattoria last night for my daughter's birthday, table of 4. Two had pizzas which were very nice and the desserts were very nice, but the mains were less than average. Barramundi small, thin and tasteless and charged at fine dining prices - $33.00. An iced chocolate for $8.50 was extraordinary. The service was mixed - our own... More

The first time we went to Bravo the noise was so deafening we left as soon as we had finished our mains, bought a gelato and ate it out in the plaza. We were persuaded to go a second time by friends who LOVE going because the owner because makes a huge fuss of them. While the noise was tolerable... More

Met up with friends for coffee. Great service. Good selection of cakes and food but limited quantities so they may not have everything that is listed on the menu.

As a crows nest local I thought finding a good Italian restaurant given the amount of eateries here would be no problem. Tried this one out and was disgusted. Over priced, meal looked like it was out of a tin and the lady that took my order was an absolute mole. I saw a sign on the door a year... More

The food was great - especially the gorgonzola & black truffle sauce steak. Melt in the mouth tender. The service was fantastic. The only drawback was, like so many restaurants, the noise cause by the hard floor surface - it was very difficult to have a conversation. Will definitely be back on my next holiday

We have a couple of kids who generally are very picky eaters. But not at Bravo Trattoria. Not sure if it is the food (which is actually pretty tasty) or the promise of the gelato after the meal is finished, but our kids literally gulp the food down. Everything about Bravo is pretty good - the food, the service (nice... More

Was here for a work lunch. Lots of choices on the menu and daily specials. Nice new set up, with a nice atmosphere. Of course I had the pizza, which was great, your typical traditional Italian Pizza. Had 3 scoops of Gelato for dessert too. Lots of flavours, so I am sure there is one for you. Service was good,... More

My wife and I visited this café just recently and found the staff helpful and the ambiance pleasant. Coffee and cakes were nice and served with politeness by the staff member. Would visit again to try out the main eatery. The food there looked nice and the staff happy.
