Ragu pasta was sensational!

Went on a Friday night with a friend, had the Ragu pasta and it was delicious. Lovely fresh pasta and ingredients and a very homely, comfortable atmosphere. Although we didnt have kids with us, they seemed very accommodating of the kids around us.

the Pizza is fabulous and the staff are very efficient. Wine list is great as well. Nice place for lunch or dinner and the food never disappoints. Did I say they have great pizza?

I've never given a bad review yet... Oh well there's always a 1st time. - Menu didn't cater for everyone - Entree was oily / greasy - Main Meals were expensive and portions were more like a small entrée and expensive - Kids meals were well priced and ridiculously larger than our adult meals however the pizza was soggy and... It's been a while since I've been there. It will be a lot longer before I return. The pizza was soggy and tasteless. Did I want to take the leftovers home? No thank you: they're left over for a reason - the food wasn't good enough to eat. My friend who is much less fussy than me was equally dissatisfied.... More

Bad service expensive and poor quality food. Duck was tough, creme brûlée was cold. We were told the chef had left so bar staff had made the cheese platter and desert. Would not recommend.

Slow service, a long wait for meals, expensive and very disappointing dishes which had been described "upgraded" from the past. Pasta dishes undercooked, no flavour, no flair.

As everyone seems to be saying, it was always so good in the past. First time I've ever had antipasto with only meat and bread. I was trying to convince myself this was authentic Italian. The mains were pricy small and rather ordinary. Get yourselves a new chef or get the boss to pull his finger out. Service was ok.... More

We went to Pino's as a last resort on a Sunday night because most other places were closed. We saw that the menu had completely changed from when we were last there. There was nothing appealing about the menu. When we asked the waiter if they did anything simple like spag bol, the answer was no. We ordered some food... More

We made a group booking and were 4 adults and five12 year old boys. The service was very slow and disorganised. We arrived at 7pm. Our meals arrived at various times so we couldn't eat together, with 2 boys finally getting their pizzas at 8.40pm. The staff were apologetic but it was just chaos all night. The wines were nice... Like previous reviewers, I struggle to understand what has happened to such a popular Italian place in Crows Nest. This used to be one of my favourite places to frequent. This evening we were surprised by a menu change. The staff informed us that this occurred 6 months ago. Meals are much smaller in size yet more expensive - almost... More
