Size matters!

Having happily frequented this restaurant when my children were growing up we were quite disappointed by the size of the pasta dishes they served us the other day. It was tasty, but I expect a pasta dish to be large and filling. For $25 I'd expect much more. Instead my pasta was eaten in just a... read more

This was 2nd visit in 6 weeks. The first time we went for lunch on. Sunday afternoon. I found the service to be average and the cost expensive. Last week (under duress from my eldest daughter) we decided to give it another go. The service was woeful! The garlic bread when it arrived (think flat bread with chopped garlic) was... More

We were sydneysiders who regularly visited this restaurant 10 years ago and we went back for dinner. We had a supreme style pizza, a salad [ we wanted a plain italian salad, which they don't do? - but instead ordered the most delicious salad with mushrooms and Parmesan] The pizza and salad were very good, we ordered the house Chianti,... We were taken to Pino's while visiting friends in Sydney. When we walked in, the restaurant had a nice feel but the pleasantries ended there. I ordered a chicken pizza and my daughter had a the kids bolognese. The toppings on my pizza were sparse except for the large amounts of canned whole tomatoes and it was overpriced for what... More

Pasta with a can of tomato sauce, meat lovers pizza with a couple of unidentifiable mystery meat pieces and average service at high price . Please don't waste your time with this.

This little restaurant is a nice little Italian Restaurant. The menu looked good but the only problem we came across was that after we ordered we were then told that two of the dishes weren't available. The melanzane al parmigana was delicious and really is a great choice. The spaghetti carbonara was also very tasty but maybe just a little... More

They've been around for a long time but I think the place has run its course, the food is ok but could be much better!

My fiancé walked up to Pino's to get takeaway - a simple supreme pizza with anchovies & spaghetti carbonara. It was a busy night, but he was told it would take 15 minutes. Almost an hour later he is handed to food, with no much as an apology. I have seen Pino's slam other reviews because they were "understaffed". To... More
