I and my friend ordered "Shokado Bento Box" which was good value, well-presented. I would say its "Highly recommend! "
Booked a table at the restaurant...for 8.00pm on Saturday We turned up and there was no table available... They made no attempt to find a table ...tried to seat us at the smoke filled teppanyaki bar...then seemed pleased when we said we would go elsewhere !!! NO Customer Service ...what Joke...!!! NO point in booking...worst restaurant treatment....
Just had lunch here...and to be honest a very mixed experience (and I suspect, a much mixed up restaurant behind the scenes) A quirky low key, down market feel..but surprisingly expensive for what you get. The biggest issue for us was the cost of byo @ $8.00 per bottle...and $9.60 for a small tap beer. The sashimi plate @ $35... More
We'll done honest fresh food, good service but a bit slow. The sashimi is wonderfully presented, fresh, and elegant. It's wonderful to pick multiple specials which are sized almost like tasing plates, or a Japanese... More
Very nice set up, the menu looks pricey but I love the lunch specials! Good ambience and good value for money for the food you get in the lunch set. My personal favourite for a laidback weekend Jap lunch treat on the north shore!

We decided that we might as well have a meal whilst waiting for the traffic to clear up. We initially walked down to Ju-Rin, which we had visited before. However, it was closed and we decided to try... More
Service was non-existence especially the manager or the owner of this place but if the food was decent that would be more bearable. I am Japanese and maybe our expectation was too high but even so you can't serve sushi and sashimi like that and charge heaps of dollars for it. Can't not recommend it to anyone.
