Excellent meals for all of us off the special two-course menu, great value. This review would be longer but trip advisor software fell over and this is second time around.

We dropped in early without reservation. We were made welcome and all had very good meals from the two-course special deal, excellent value even with drinks and tip added in. Will defo do again

Neighbourhood "Italian" restaurants have a reputation for being unpretentious providers of good value food. This establishment isn't one of them. Having been influenced by the good reviews I gave it a try for an early evening meal. What we found foodwise was meanly topped soggy bottomed pizza and an escalope of veal so small it need the vegetables dumped on... More

I ordered off-menu with a chicken salad, which was very tasty as the chicken had been cooked in white wine. My only criticism is that at £13.50 it was a little more than I had anticipated spending. The pizzas looked incredible and are very reasonable so I suppose the lesson for me is forget the diet and go for pizza... More

Went here with a KGB voucher for two pizzas and two glasses of wine. The service was friendly and the pizzas were huge and lived up to their previous high praise on here. Contrary to some reviews of the house wine, the white we had was very drinkable! If I were to suggest any improvement, it would be that they... More

We went her as a family of four with a voucher deal. Beforehand I thought it was cheap enough and even though I had heard it was 'so so' at best (one report first hand from my wife) I thought it was worth a go. We we were all pleasantly surprised by what we saw and what we had to... More

We had heard mixed reviews about this place. We had nothing to worry about, the meal itself was fabulous, very tasty, piping hot and it took just the right amount of time to know it was cooked freshly. The service was excellent , proper little I'm

We loved the laid back Italian atmosphere, the fabulous food and the value for money. We've been here as a couple and with the family, including great grandson, and everyone loved it. Will definitely be going back.

True Italian atmosphere. Really friendly staff. Freshly cooked pizza - lovely dry house red. We really enjoyed our visit and will be returning in the next 10 days. Very reasonable 2 course offer - you can even take your own wine with just £1.50 corkage.

We have eaten here several times in the last few years. The food is simple, but typical authentic Italian. What lets it down is the very slow service. Monday night 830pm eight diners, twenty minutes to starters and forty minutes between to main course. Claim was that chef was making the spaghetti himself. Maybe, but doubtful. No toilet paper in...
