Sublime every single time we go. The food and atmosphere is perfection. A home from home for many who travel miles for their favourite treats. A real gem of Pembrokeshire that should never be missed.

Called in on a day off and had the full breakfast. Utterly fabulous. It was £7, and for that it was all GOOD quality. 2 Fresh eggs, 2 Prescelli Gold Sausages, 2 rashers of lovely decent bacon, 2 slices of black pud, 2 nice thick hash browns, (not a hint of grease from them, and not wafer thin cheapies), 2... Had breakfast here - very good quality bacon and sausages. Enough to keep us going all day! All cooked perfectly - we had the standard (huge) breakfast and the vegetarian breakfast. Will definitely be back to try afternoon tea. Lovely outlook to rolling hills, and in a lovely peaceful village. Highly recommended.

We had breakfast here- I had the standard breakfast which was by no means standard. The sausage, bacon and egg cooked to perfection and I was greedy enough to ask for Black pudding as an extra. This plus the toast that came with the breakfast completely did the job!!! My husband went for the a Welsh breakfast that came with... More

Great place for breakfast; welsh one comes with laverbread. Well cooked high quality sausages and bacon. Only one fault was that the coffee was a bit of a let down

We sat outside surrounded by beautiful, calm countryside, and had a decent cup of coffee here. Others were eating breakfast that looked and smelled great; would definitely go back and try it.

Staying nearby on hols we went as a family for a late breakfast. It was all brilliant, but be warned: the Large Breakfast is REALLY big and even proved too much for one of my hungry teenagers! Unless you have a genuinely huge appetite, as for the standard breakfast...!

A lovely cafe which we unexpectedly found just 300m from our holiday cottage in Trefin. An extremely friendly place, relaxed and roomy with space outside too. An essential haven in this part of the world as it has good wi-fi in an area which otherwise renders you incommunicado. We ended up visting every day following a morning walk, usually having... More

This has to be a hidden gem on the sparkling coast of Pembrokeshire. James runs a bright and clean café just down the road from the Ship Inn, Trefin. He offer breakfasts from 0830 and this can be the Full English or Welsh (laverbread patties plus cockles in butter) or any combination. My wife really enjoyed the pancake stack with... More
