Cosy and friendly New Year's eve daytime

If you want somewhere warm and welcoming with good coffee and food this is the place to go. We were on a Christmas break and had time to spare before the planned visit to Fishguard for New Year's Eve fireworks and we wanted to catch up with some emails. There is a note on their leaflet saying stay... read more

This café is on the edge of Trefin which is between Porthgain and Abercastle. The village is rather non descript but the café is completely the reverse. The inside is very clean and tidy and it has a small art gallery attached, sofa's around a warming log fire and staff that are really friendly and helpful. We were staying in... More

Lovely lady let us in early. Wifi was handy. Breakfast was delicious. The Welsh breakfast was unusual but I loved it. There is a gallery of art to look at.

We live down the road and visit often. Breakfast is reliably good, and is plenty to see you through until dinner. I never hesitate suggesting our guests visit or taking friends and relatives.

Lovely fresh and well presented food. Only criticism would be it's a little expensive and could do with better extraction from kitchen as the whole cafe gets very smokey from the fried foods.

A super coffee shop with really lovely home made cakes and good quality coffee. Very friendly owners. Nice comfortable seating area in addition to tablesand chairs. Only small thing that lets it down is the loos - I am guessing this is work in progress and certainly wouldnt put me off going again. Also dog friendly so thank you.

A lovely little cafe in trefin, spotlessly clean, a very warm welcome and lovely food (crab sandwich and scones to die for) very convenient for the coastal path walks and a welcome respite. We visited twice whilst walking this glorious coastal path. Cannot recommend this little gem enough. The all day breakfast looked rather scrummy, I'm afraid we resisted. Perhaps... More

What a delight is was to find the Mill , while walking the Welsh Coastal path on a dismal grey day we took a detour for breakfast and it was a delight to be welcomed by delightful staff and to have a Gorgeous breakfast at a very reasonable price . The Mill is Highly recomended
