this was the first and will be the last time I go to this restaurant. I asked for the fried catfish but got baked fish. it was too much trouble to send it back since we were in a large group. I ate it and it was okay, just not what I really wanted. The service was good, just didn't... More

The pulled pork is just as good, if not better than a lot of Memphis barbeque places. It is flavorful and tender and juicy. I recommend it.

A dependable, traditional local favorite. It has a well-rounded basic menu with several daily lunch specials, which are always very good. When in town we eat here once a week or 1-1/2 weeks. Get here early if you don't like crowds. One of my faves is the fried mushrooms (delicious!) and a salad. You can add bbq pork to a... More

My husband and I stopped here after a trip down memory lane for him in Millington (he spent a few years there as a child and we were checkin' out all the childhood neighborhoods). The waitress was quite pleasant and the food was good, but nothing special. He had the 'smoked' chicken salad and I had the bbq quesadilla (I... More

Locals "Maw and Paw Smith" get all the attention. Other customers can wait. Food just middle of the road.

Vegetables are excellent!!! Deserts are great too! The grandkids love the trains. Wait staff is always very friendly. My husband really likes their BBQ plates and their fried fish.

Good solid downhome food and plenty of it - catfish, chicken, pork chops, etc., with an array of vegetable sides. Desserts look great, but I'm always too stuffed to order one. The bread is homemade and good but isn't served until the meal itself, and you get with it some awful "spread" thing unless you ask for butter. A nice... More

I had high hopes-the place was packed and reviews looked good. I had a veggie plate w pinto beans, turnip greens(50 cents extra) and cole slaw. The beans and greens were only slightly warm. The beans tasted good--the slaw had too much of some seasoning that i couldnt pinpoint. It was fresh and not all mayonnaisy which i hate but... More

My last meal there was breakfast, but my favorite meal there is the Creo Catfish. They also make some great salads.
