Outstanding Catfish

Had the Catfish in Crawfish sauce. Excellent meal at a great price. Lots of interesting Millington history on the wall which added to the ambiance.

My husband and I recently visited some family in Millington, TN. We decided to take everyone out to eat and came across this restaurant. There was nothing special about this place. The food was just ok. Three of us ordered the catfish plate. Unfortunately this restaurant, like many others, passes off Swai as catfish. So, the price should've been much... More

Looks like it's closed forever. Or, if it is there, it's behind an abandoned restaurant. Too bad, it's a cute downtown area, but there's not much going on.

As you will find there are not a lot of dining places in Millington in comparison to Memphis. Old Timers is a locally owned and operated restaurant that you should definitely try when in Millington! There are daily lunch specials that are awesome! On Wednesday' the lunch special is Corned Beef and Cabbage and it is great! The menu is... More

Staff was very friendly. Many locals go there for lunch. Dinner was nothing to write home about but friendly staff.

I am to visit small mom and pop places, but this place fooled me. The food was generic and appetizer portions were embarrassing.

For a Millington Landmark this rustic building has seen much history as depicted on picture in the main dinning area. We were there for second visit with a group. The service was mediocre. One server for 24 people. The food was ok but nothing to brag on. The Shrimp & grits was to supposed to be a cajun style. It... More

This place is fantastic. From the rustic décor to the wide selection of wonderful food. If you are ever in Millington and don't eat here, you are missing a culinary experience.

Restaurant is in an old historic building. Wood floors, walls, chairs and tables (no booths). A train runs around the upper walls. Food was excellent. I had ribs and my husband had the BEST chicken fried steak he ever had. Would love to go back when possible.
