The setting was great, with balcony seating overlooking the pond. The service was very good, with a good array of beers. Well worth a visit.

After spending a great day walking round Pembroke castle my family an I were ready for some much needed food. After asking around for recommendations on some where suitable to eat with the three children we were directed to the waterman's Arms an certainly wasn't disappointed. The pub has a balcony that over looks a large pond where swans live.... More

Nice views of the swans, staff were having to manage a mixed clientele of locals and visitors, thats fine, but food was awful, microwaved, overdone, sloppy and not what we expected from this business. Shame, we really enjoyed Pembroke otherwise.

My partner and I stopped here for a drink yesterday after feeding the swans and ducks. We sat outside on the small balcony and with the sun gloriously shining it was just perfect. The staff were very friendly, even giving us perfect directions on how to get to stack rocks.

Good selection of vegetarian meals, but big appetites are called for. The real ale was excellent. The service was friendly and very welcoming.

We found this lovely pub situated on the Mill Pond when we were beginning to despair of finding anywhere decent to eat in Pembroke. Enjoyed homemade fish pie which was filled with a good selection of fish topped with fluffy mashed potatoes served with fresh green peas and wonderful chips. Unfortunately we did not have room for dessert. Can really... More

What a cracking little pub, with views of the Mill Pond in Pembroke this homely local pub is a great place to have a sociable evening out. The food is good and well presented and they have a knack of getting all the meals (12) on this visit out at the same time. I had a hot madras, my wife... More
