Great ales, fantastic food, wide selection of wines. One of the most enjoyable places to dine and just meet socially in the Vale of Clwyd. Excellently run by people with real enthusiasm and passion for fine food and real ale. 5*

Twenty eight of us had a Christmas meal last night at the Three Pigeons and everyone enjoyed their meal which says it all really. We picked from two menus, their special Christmas menu or regular A la carte, again they were happy to have everyone pick from either (in advance, fair enough for an out of town establishment) there was... The food was absolutely beautiful and couldn't fault it in any way, big sized portions at reasonable prices, the variety of ales, larger's and ciders were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, i would defiantly recommend any one to go and visit, even if it was just for a quick drink :)

I can really recommend this Inn. We visited it today, without a reservation but Paul the very congenial host welcomed us and found us a table in the restaurant immediately. His wife Debbie brought us menus and we were spoilt for choice. Specials,Light meals, snacks and a full a la carte. The wine list was very comprehensive and after making... More

Knew we were going to pass nearby on the way to Wales so looked at Trip Advisor. This place had some decent reviews so decided to give it a try. Thanks to all those that rated it because we thought the food and service was excellent. Had lunch there yesterday, 16th October. Some real beers, always a bonus, and a... More

High chairs were provided and children h ad a lovely garden space.. The meal was excellent and the staff were superb. Thank you so much for such a special afternoon.

Beautiful food, beautifully presented, warm excellent service. A touch of city in the country. We thoroughly enjoyed this eating experience in the country.

I cannot fault anything about this place. The service was excellent and so was the food. I thoroughly recommend the black pudding with crispy poached egg as a starter and the medallions of pork were just the best. Even when I ordered a slight change to the meal it was not an issue. Beautiful views from outside as well. It... More

I do not expect to turn up to an establishment with an empty restaurant and nearly empty bar and be told I'm sorry but if you want food it's a 40 minute wait as we are really busy!! Not just taking into account the empty restaurant is the fact we walked past the kitchen and could hear the kitchen staff... More

Good service and great food. Was very jealous of the Chicken and Bacon Salad Nana ordered but my own Chicken dinner was certainly not poor! Very enjoyable, will definitely go again.
