Great place but...........

I've been to Dylans 3 times now at different times of the day but I think this will be my last. Their vegetarian range is very limited. It's a wonderful building with great views if you manage to snag a window table. The young staff are great. Foodwise I'm always left feeling a tad dissapointed... read more

After seeing a number of my friends post positive comments about Dylan's on social media, I thought it about time I took a leisurely drive along the North Wales coast to sample what they had to offer. Summer had finally arrived and along with my parents I booked a table for 12.45pm online, giving us plenty of time to take... More

We had dinner here on Thursday night. We were given a table inside but next to the window so we could admire the beautiful view. Our waitress was Afra - apologies for the spelling - and she was so lovely and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The wine, the beer, the food were all top class. My husband and... More

My husband and I have eaten here twice now and have brought friends along too. We love to sit out on the deck and look out over the Menai Straits while my husband points out all the places he used to frequent as a child growing up in Gwynedd. The food is fresh and seasoned beautifully and there is much... More

We have been here several times and although the location and setting is beautiful - except for the awful smell of mould in the ladies toilets - the food NEVER matches up! This time however was particularly poor. We had scallops to start which were very bland flavour wise not seasoned and not enough of the sauce the sesame seeds... More

Dear Lucy. Thanks for your detailed response and your continued visits to our restaurant. The setting and the staff as you say are lovely, we would agree. We take all feedback seriously so let's have a go... - Mini Moranedd Sundae. The menu states that this Sundae contains banana bread and banana custard, no fresh banana (it tends to discolour...
