We were staying in Rhosneigr on Anglesey and found this pub/restaurant on junc 8 on the A55. Nicely away from the traffic. First thing you notice is the beautiful hanging baskets and flowers. Really good choice of meals, friendly staff and a nice location outside in our case. A great place to sit and reflect on your day.

Good menu choice, generous portions, lovely selection of vegetables (at least 6 different types) all cooked to perfection.

Met up for a reunion with old school friends last week. We have done it twice before and we always have excellent service and food. Our table was waiting for us and they were very patient as we took a little while to order as we were waiting for everyone to arrive.Even though they had a few large groups to... More

Visited on Sunday 31 August as part of a Birthday treat. The pub was not over busy. Duck overcooked & rubbery, Mixed Grill overcooked & Burned except the Steak ordered Medium But came Blue. Could not get any attention from staff. No one checked our table & when we went to pay our comments were not taken in or acted... More

Five of us stopped off at this pub as we were hungry after a day siteseeing, so glad we did as we all had delicious meals and went home 'stuffed'. I had the Steak and Unicorn pie and chose chips although I could have had Mash, New or Jacket potatoes. The meal also came with fresh veg - 7 varieties... More

We have holidayed on the Isle of Anglesey for many years, but this was our first visit to this pub. Although we hadn't booked and it was reasonably busy, they quickly found us a table for 5. The menu has lots of choice, and for a change I could have ordered several things from the menu. I opted for the... More
