Very good and reasonably priced. Nothing to dislike about it. Staff were friendly and attentive, without being over the top.

We visited twice, once for drinks (friendly staff) and for a meal, which very enjoyable. Recommended!

The service and food were excellent. We just ordered dessert and tea so I cannot comment on the quality of the heavier fare, but it did look good when I spied an entrée headed to another table.

Stayed in the Blue Room, which was snug and beautiful, view over the High Street (double glazing which could be opened, so best of both worlds) with a glorious bathroom. Ate in the Loft - marvellous, very good value, and the Brasserie, the same; charming staff, helpful, friendly and professional throughout the hotel and restaurants - I'd be back like... More

Called in to book rooms in October and had lunch in the brasserie. Two pints of peroni and shared a brisket and coleslaw sandwich with chips. Lovely staff, great food, bright airy room. Can't fault it. Looking forward to staying again in October.

Expected to go upstairs to the restaurant as we have always done, but it was closed. So, were directed into the very pleasant brasserie instead. I found our waitresses delightful, friendly and helpful. The food was very good, though we did have to wait quite a long time for our mains, but no way did this spoil our evening. The... More

It was a warm June evening after a pleasure packed day touring in the Welsh mountains and it was such a joy to sit by the open windows looking onto the courtyard, sipping our wine and relaxing in the surroundings. The staff were very pleasant, the food was very good and it was a great way to end a great... More

Visited the brasserie with colleagues on a recent business trip to Beaumaris. We had to wait for a table, which surprised me on Tuesday at 8pm, but the place was steadily busy until we left. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals - very well-sized portions and the service was attentive but not intrusive. It's slightly on the pricey side, but... More

The room was nice the breakfast waitress was nice. The reception was too quick in selling me a product. for the best room I paid 160 pounds I stayed there two nights. The bed was not made for two people at that price. I asked about a clock being in the room and The reception said I could call her... More
