Just what you want for a good meal out, excellent surroundings, waiting staff and food - what more could you want. Welsh lamb perfectly cooked. My medium steak was more towards well done, but it's the first steak I've had where the waiting staff do not change the knife to a sharp steak knife; no need - it was succulent.

At over £100 per room this hotel is way overpriced. For a so-called 5-star hostelry, we were appalled. Measuring around 8 feet in width there was hardly any room to move about. I'm not particularly a TV fan when staying away from home but the TV in the room was a very small old fashioned tatty square-screened job which displayed... More

The Brasserie was one of the best places to eat on Anglesey when it opened some years ago and has generally maintained a good standard. Never in my experience bad but for some time didn't seem so special compared to the many other possibiliites available on the south of the island. However, a recent visit with a mix of starters,... This Hotel/Pub has three eateries and the menus out front are a bit confusing as the three different menus are diverse. We liked the look of the Bistro menu and jumped in. The Bistro is in very nicely converted stables at the back of the Inn. Nicely contemporary without being overly modernised. A log fire was crackling away and added... More

We had dinner in the brasserie of this Inn and the food was excellent. Good menu and lovely bright décor and surroundings. Staff friendly and efficient. Reasonably priced too for the quality!

what a nice place to eat, the food was great, which is by far the most important thing. the staff were a little slow and our waiter didn't really have a clue, though to be fair, he looked like he was about 10! he did his best, just must have been new. the food was great though, the decor nice,... Decided on this after walking along the pier. Friendly welcome into the Bistro, which is open and bright. Had a choice of any available seats so best to arrive early. It quickly got full. Got some free olives while we waited. I chose duck with Mediterranean vegetables and my wife chose the sea bass. I was asked how I'd prefer... More

We had few pints there. Real ales on tap, very nice friendly staff. The decoration is amazing, really authentic. I would recommend this place when in Beaumaris.

First, stop in the bar, order a drink and sit by the fire. The atmosphere here is wonderful, if I could have eaten there it would have been perfect. The atmosphere in the bistro is definitely more modern, and our service was excellent as well. Our food was served quickly and we enjoyed all that we ordered.
