We have eaten at the brassiere twice, once as a family and once as a couple. The food is excellent and imaginative. Excellent wine and all in a very relaxed atmosphere. Looking forward to our next visit. We have also stayed in the hotel which was a real treat.

An excellent restaurant with imaginative menu, at very reasonable prices.A bar to die for small, well set out roaring log fires and like stepping back into a Dickensian film set. On the attractive high street there is a choice of restaurants. We ate in the brasserie no booking so go early drink in the small intimate bar, then go through to... More

It's my favourite anyway, it's also very popular with the residents of the town, so it can be quite busy, particularly at the weekend. Usually at least two guest ales on tap and a roaring fire in the winter. This historic hotel is a great place for a lunch time beer in the summer as well. Supping a pint whilst... More

Great food and service. One of the few eating places in North Wales I go back to regularly, but can be a little variable depending on who's serving, how busy they are etc. There's been a very few occasions I thought that the value for money had dropped a little and the service a little slow, but this seemed out... We ate in the bistro which was very busy for midweek. The menu offers something for everyone and we all enjoyed our meals. The bistro is modern compared to the main pub, and is also different to the restaurant where we have previously dined. Liked the anbience and the open fire. Good friendly service at a reasonable cost. Also enjoy... More

Friendly and welcoming, pleasant surroundings and excellent service. Food was of a good quality with some unusual touches which added to the occasion. Wines and beers are good. We were only in the area for a few days but will certainly be eating here next time we are in Beaumaris

Our second visit to the Brasserie did not disappoint. We visited midweek and out of season so there were only a handful of tables occupied, but the atmosphere was still very nice with the fire crackling away. My husband ordered a burger which he claims was one of the best he's had, whilst my duck was fabulous (if not quite... More

Alwys try to drop in for a pint if in the area. Can be very busy at weekends, but a great place to have a pint. The roaring fire is brilliant in the winter
