Good fresh food and a decent tea and coffee.

Small but compact little tea room. Home cooked cakes and scones. Tea and coffee freshly made and the coffee always on the go and not being stewed. Nice friendly staff. The tea room does get busy so get in quick.

What a beautiful little place where we indulged on tea and cake (and a sandwich) after a boat trip to Puffin Island, leaving us with a thirst and an appetite. I had a fabulous slice of toblerone cake with a pot of tea, served in pretty antique china, served with a smile from the friendly and smiley staff. Special thanks... More

We went here for lunch on my birthday and found the food to be excellent. The Tea Rooms are tiny, with only a handful of tables - they were actually turning people away because they were full. It's obviously very popular and has "regulars" who were known by name. The service was very friendly, the food was lovely and the... More

The tea room is on the main street of Beaumaris and a gem of a find! Its very small with about 6 or so tables but we were lucky to get a table mid-moning on a saturday. Tea served in dainty tea cups, oddities, and we had a tasty teacake with butter to follow. The fresh home cooked cakes on... More

Just made it - 4.25, to find that they closed at 4.30. Several couples called during the next half hour - but were not as fortunate as ourselves. First a great, separate gluten free menu, with a RANGE of gf cakes. My wife chose, and thoroughly enjoyed gf Welsh cakes - a delicacy indeed. My selection of cakes was equally... More

Wow, it's such a lovely place to go. The staff are amazing, and the food was delicious too. Do try and save space for pudding, or get some cake to take away. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Beau’s Tea Rooms is situated on the main, but quiet, Beaumaris street and close to a cut through to the pier, so easy enough to find. From outside the place appears quaint, but very appealing to those of us who prefer a traditional tea shop over today’s more modern Americanised offerings. The genteel charm continues inside with the warm welcome... More

We visited Beaumaris on 24th June and visited Beau's tea rooms, but could not get through the door due to people queuing for a table. We therefore decided to try elsewhere, and we subsequently returned on 25th June for lunch. We managed to secure a table for four. The staff were charming, and showed us to our table and presented... Charming and classy best describes this quaint tea room. We were warmly welcomed, received excellent service, and enjoyed an exceptional lunch. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Cute little place but suffering from large tables and not much space. We chose the Welsh High Tea, which was lovely although when asked if any items had nuts we were told not to risk it, showing that the items are not homemade. When we asked for an alternative option we were given a slight sigh from the waitress but... More

Dear 'DoubleOGeo', Many thanks for taking the time to write a review of your experience at Beaus. We take pride in the fact we have so few tables - in a 17th Century building, you would expect nothing more than a small, cosy room. I'm surprised at your comment about large tables - we only have one larger table so... More
