Highest quality food and welcome

Family meal at a restaurant we had not visited for about a year. It has always been very good, but now excellent. Plenty of choice and everyone in a party of seven was delighted with their three courses. Even the wine list was not too pricey. The cooking is perfect, with my steak tender and... read more

We visited whilst staying on site with HPB. The menu was varied and interesting with options for locally produced and sourced ingredients. The food was excellent with good sized portions and served in a timely fashion. The meal was not cheap (around £50/head including 3 courses, wine, coffee and a liqueur) but was worth it and I would definitely recommend.

My wife's birthday', a beautiful sunny day and what could be better than a drive across Anglesey to Henllys Hall, Beaumaris. Harry's Bistro, in our minds, serves the best food on the island. Newly decorated the set up is immaculate and if you get a table by the window the view over the golf club and the Menai Straits is first... More

This is possibly our fourth visit, over a period, for Sunday lunch and yet again, we were not disappointed. Again, I took my uncle (aged 91) who enjoys the surroundings and invariably has the fish special. Today, it was sea bass. Susan had the roast beef - served pink - she was asked on ordering if this would be OK... More

We stayed at Henlly's for a week and ate at Harry's twice. Once we had the table in the window with the wonderful view and the other night we were in the windowless area - both settings were very nice. Service was excellent on both occasions - Nia is very professional and the waiting staff are all very competent and... More

I see that Harry's has consistently good reviews. On the night of my visit, cod and liver dishes were overcooked, although not to the extent that we would complain or send the food back. It is fair to say that this is a restaurant of two halves and in the summer you want to be in the lighter area with... More

Smart friendly restaurant in a hall above Beaumaris with lovely view over the Menai Straits from the grounds. The food was excellent. We had steak and sea bass, both locally sourced, and have never tasted better. Well worth the short drive out of Beaumaris.

Harry's is a very pleasant and relaxing place to dine. It can probably seat 40-50 persons at tables for two, four or more but all tables seemed spaced far enough apart to allow for everyone to enjoy discreet conversations. Also, if seated in the front half of the restaurant, diners can enjoy views of the car park and countryside. The... More

Just back from HPB Henllys. We ate at Harry's twice and on both occasions the food was excellent and the wine also very good. The restaurant has two halves, one a bit dark the other open and bright with big windows for the views. The staff are very friendly and most efficient. The only slight crit is that the price...
