This is a lovely place to eat. The food is lovely and the staff are very friendly and attentive, even providing colouring equipment for the little ones whilst they wait. Have been here time and time again, and will continue to!

From the outside the place looks good, but on stepping inside the let-down begins. It has all the drawbacks of a chain outlet - predictable character-less furniture and fittings, but somehow fails to come up with any of the advantages. Service was aloof and lukewarm at best, the coffee lacklustre and the fittings ill-chosen as the easily showed the effects... More

Had lunch here twice with the kids when staying near Aderdaron. The staff were friendly and chatty without being intrusive and were fantasic with the children. The atmosphere was really warm and inviting with a lounge area as you walk in, with big comfy armchairs and a more traditional cafe area over to the right. There is plenty of choice between... More

I visited Pili Palas for the first time in years today. The staff were friendly, attentive and the food was served quickly. I had the chicken and bacon salad which was lovely (but huge) and well priced. I didn't manage any but the cakes on offer look delicious!

Definitely one of the best places for a spot of lunch in Pwllheli , Welsh rarebit with bacon is a must , portions are a bit on the big side though , Huge selection of home made food and will not break the piggy bank. Also ideal for carry out tea, coffee ect .
