Have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Yes, you have to queue but it's well worth it for the tastiest and lightest battered fish. Chips are great too! My mouth's watering already thinking about our next visit!!

The fact that locals were queuing for the chip shop to open was the first good sign and the fact that it is a true traditional fish and chip shop, rather than a Chinese or Kebab shop that does fish and chips on the side, is the next. The chips are fresh cut and the fish are cooked to order.... More

Had a fish cos i felt like one for lunch,was not dissapointed one little bit, only complaint was it only opened for an hour and half at lunch time and if you didnt get there early you would have a bit of a wait

The fish & chips were first class, there is a wait as the fish is freshly cooked to order. but if you just want chips, no problem.

The service, staff were very friendly…….I had fish and it was fine, nothing spectacular, good value and hit the spot.

Read the reviews so was expecting along wait,but got served straight away,have to wait for the fish to be cooked,but worth the wait,it was lovely,flakey fish and the chips were spot on,£5:20 which is cheaper than we normally pay,staff very friendly, will visit again when in cricceith.

First class fish and chips - don t be put off by the queue ,worth the wait.Small cafe area inside if you don t wish to wait in the queue.

Here's the thing. The fish and chips are good - no question. But is it worth the wait ?. I think not. OK it's Easter, and everywhere is more busy, but would you wait for 90 minutes ?
