This little restaurant in Criccieth high street, was busy on the evening we went, but service was quite quick and the waitresses friendly and pleasant. Though maybe not everyone's taste we enjoyed the Daniel O'Donnell easy listening music which was playing low in the background. Our meal was good and we went out well satisfied with both the meal and... More

Located on Criccieth High Street this small café/restaurant is great for a leisurely and casual dinner. Our party of five dropped in to Tiffins without a reservation and despite being reasonably busy we were accommodated. The casual atmosphere together with the quality of the home cooked dishes served was just perfect. The food was well presented with a professional look... More

Picked this place as it looked pleasant enough from the road and we were hungry after travelling to North Wales. The food was ok and the service was also ok. As the title states; overall an average experience, which with a little more thought, from the proprietor, could be very good!

Nice and quiet when we arrived with a welcoming atmosphere. Great, friendly service and a nice array of food on the menu. When the food arrived it was delicious. I had the king prawns in butter chilli sauce, and my boyfriend had the spicy tomato and chorizo soup to start. Excellent presentation and arrived very quickly. For mains, I had... More

Wow! We decided to eat out on our last night in the area on Wednesday evening, and I was completely unprepared for the experience. The food was absolutely delicious, from the mouth-watering starters of mushroom soup, warm bread platter with the best olive oil/balsamic I have ever tasted, to the ribeye steak and fish pie - all really tasty. Would... More

We stayed at the nearby George IV Hotel and we found Tiffins the first night in Crriccieth. My wife had pate for her starter, following by chicken in a mushroom sauce. I chose the goats cheese, salmon with sour cherry sauce and a sweet. The food was exceptional and presentation exquisite. With our drinks the total price was £49. This... More

Eight Golfers descended on the restaurant after a day on the links and a recommendation from the local publican. It was a Tuesday and the place was virtually empty but we were very pleasantly surprised by the meal which was excellent. My sliced fillet steak on a salad bed was exceptionally good, everyone else expressed varying degrees of pleasure -... More

This little restaurant looks like a cafe but really outdoes itself in food and service. My partners fish pie was outstanding. The waitress was charming and more than happy to share tips for fish pie cooks. Thanks for a lovely evening.

Had two meals at Tiffins during our stay in Criccieth and both were excellent. The food and service is first class and would not hesitate in recommending to everyone.
