Thai delight

This is a very popular little restaurant. There's a good choice of Thai style dishes. Ribs starter and fish cakes are both to be recommended. Mains too were good the confit duck leg with noodles in broth with veg was very good.

Our annual visit to this restaurant was not disappointing. The menu remains the same but why change something that is so successful. What a pity they can't relocate to a more amenable site with more parking facilities. A rather long walk in poor weather conditions doesn't help. The restaurant is a little cramped with a couple of tables pushed into... More

Once again we visited The Coconut Kitchen and still as fabulous as ever. Really warm welcome and meal was excellent. We had Thai prawn and black peppercorn crackers with a sweet chilli dipping sauce as a starter - forget the white plastic prawn crackers from local chinese - these were delicious - a 'biscuity' texture and freshly cooked - divine!... We were lucky to get a table at such short notice as we'd read the reviews and really wanted to try this restaurant. So glad we did! We couldn't fault anything. The dishes were delicious the service and staff spot on.

My grandmother comes here at least once a month and really likes it so when asked where she wanted to go for her 90th birthday here was her first choice. We arrived at the time our table was booked for and the table wasn't quite ready. We were quite happy to have a drink at the bar and wait but... More

We went to the Coconut Kitchen for my birthday meal and as vegans we were able to have a three course meal which was all delicious. The mango sorbet was amazing and I plan on going back just for that ;)

A trip to Abersoch isn't complete without a visit to the Coconut Kitchen. Tonight's visor did not disappoint. Fresh and delicious starters and the restaurant coped with a hungry teen who suddenly wanted a second starter without fuss. Mains were excellent, reminding me to stock up on curry paste so we can get our fix when not in Wales. Pudding... More

Extremely tasty Thai food. The Coconut Kitchen never disappoints us whenever we go. Last night was no exception, the starters were scrummy and the mains equally so. It is so good to see they're selling their own sauces so we naturally bought some from the local shop and will be trying them sometime soon. We look forward to our next... More
