Had another good Sunday buffet in this restaurant, recently. Love the food and the very reasonable price - but - cannot see the hygiene rating information displayed anywhere. Otherwise, we have enjoyed the buffet on numerous occasions without any ill effects!! and will continue to visit for the... read more

My part we and I visited on a Sunday for the buffet. We used to enjoy it but hadn't been for a few months. I can only assume there is a new management because the food and service were terrible. The place seems even shabbier than before. It's so disappointing. The food was poorly Cooked and cold and there were... More

Ordered take away from tai o, as I remembered the chicken in plum sauce used to be lovely many many moons ago. We nipped in and ordered and called back half an hour later. The food wasn't ready but we sat and had a chat with a lovely lady who was also waiting for her food. We both noticed the... More

We stopped going here as the general state of the place appears to be going down hill. Anyway friends suggested the visit a party of 15 inc children for New Year's Eve we were quickly seated and drinks order taken which was good, the restaraunt was empty apart from us how ever when the soup arrived the guy was in... Came here over Xmas as a family of 4 adults and 4 kids...having been here about three times before. This place has a nice atmosphere, it is usually family friendly (albeit this time round we were seated next to four men who swore as they got more drunk... Though to be fair they were better behaved than I would have... More

Four of us visited for the buffet (you need to ring before you go to check its on) the portions were huge, well worth the money. Staff were very attentive and would keep checking that everything was ok. Visited here a few times before and always excellent.

We visited the restaurant on a Wednesday evening having not been before. We were quickly shown to a table and given the extensive menu to browse. The staff are attentive without being pushy and are always around if you need them. The restaurant is modern and large and has pretty lanterns hanging from the ceiling. Its ideal for large parties... I have tried here a few times for a takeaway only and its very nice and consistent. On each visit the staff are very pleasant and happy to serve a beer while i wait. Food arrives quickly. 30% discount on takeaway prices makes it a decent priced meal and not much difference in price from some of the many below... More
