So Homely

Recently had The New Inn recommended to us. We were in the area, so paid a visit for lunch. It was so quaint and se welcoming. The food was excellent and the owner so obliging, we felt as if we had known her for years. We will definitely go there again - in fact we have decided to stay in... read more

Visited the New Inn following a recommendation made during a visit to the Penderyn Whisky Ditillery, where we were told that the Inn was under new manageent. Although we have visted before we have not been there for a while, however the food was lovely and the staff friendly and efficient. I noticed that they also served teas, cofee and... More

I took six of the family to the New Inn for a Sunday Lunch, the food was brilliant and the service was impeccable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the drive through the narrow lane was well worth it and definately plan to go back soon.

My wife and I were treated to a late lunch on Sunday. Son and daughter in law had heard of the reputation of this quaint, out of the way pub. Seven of us arrived for a late lunch. There were no disappointments, good fresh cooked food, warm, friendly service in a quaint old village pub. Well out off the beaten track but... More

Visited The New Inn on a recommendation from Penderyn Distillery for Sunday lunch. Don't be put off by the narrow lanes to get there. It is well worth the effort. Four of us had an excellent home cooked lunch with plenty of variety and excellent taste. A very warm friendly welcome on a very cold day. 10/10 Diolch o galon... More

Have been before, took 3 VERY fussy children today, clean plates and happy boys, staff were great and very accommodating, children lived running around the garden even in the cold, highly recommend this pub, great food, staff, service and atmosphere all at good prices. Will defiantly be returning.

We came across this place by accident after visiting Penderyn Distillery. The food was really nice and not too badly priced. I had the ribs which were very delicious and reasonably priced. I can recommend a stop here if you want to experience a quaint traditional pub. The only down side was that the ladies was upstairs, so not great... More
