Have been before, took 3 VERY fussy children today, clean plates and happy boys, staff were great and very accommodating, children lived running around the garden even in the cold, highly recommend this pub, great food, staff, service and atmosphere all at good prices. Will defiantly be returning.

I can recommend a stop here if you want to experience a quaint traditional pub. The only down side was that the ladies was upstairs, so not great... More

A sign outside said it's under new management. We stopped off on the recommendation of the staff at Penderyn distillery, after a drive through the Beacons. Tea and coffee and freshly cooked Victoria sponge - just what we wanted, along with very friendly service. Will certainly come back next time we're in the neighbourhood.

We stayed with friends in Glynneath for the weekend and they took us along to The New Inn for sunday dinner and what a treat. I had the Welsh lamb and my husband asked for a combination of meats which they gladly gave him. It was delicious. We had plenty of veg but they asked us if we wanted even... More

Was very happy to find upon entering that they had new owners.... and you can tell the beer was good, and the home... More

When my son and I arrived at The New Inn on Halloween the village was experiencing a power cut. I can imagine most people organising a party being quite stressed, but the staff here were fantastic and gave us a lovely warm welcome. The atmosphere was superb with candles and jack o'lanterns lit everywhere, and there were themed drinks and... More
