Perfect dessert stop after going to Gus's. Do this specially if you're an out of towner! The ladies are very friendly! Happy customers :)

We decided to have a late night treat so we headed to Gibson's. We were there around 8 pm. They were almost sold out...WOW. It was steady the whole time we were there. Very limited selection, no fault of theirs :-) I went back the next morning and bought a dozen...AWESOME, WOW, AMAZING...

All I'm gonna say is: Try The Maple Bacon Doughnut. It will change your life. Quick, friendly and upbeat service. The choices are endless.

Gibson's is definitely a must-go place if you're visiting Memphis. If you have a favorite type you should probably go early because by the end of the day they've sold out of a lot of them. One of my favorites is the New Orleans donut, but I've never had a bad donut here before. I've heard if you go after 11pm... More

My friend and I stopped by for a few donuts while visiting from out of town. We had heard wonderful things about Gibsons and just had to try it. After leaving the Gus's next door of course. We each had a glazed - it was so airy yet dense and moist at the same time. Which makes no sense. My... More

We were told this was a great place for donuts. There are no signs identifying the type so you had to ask. Got an orange koolaid one and a maple with bacon. Was not impressed with either.

We were passing through Memphis and discovered this place through Trip Advisor. While all the donuts we bought were excellent the red velvet ones are to die for.

I was looking for a quick sweet bite after some fabulous, late Saturday night 'Vous "Q" downtown. Since Gibson's is open 24 hours, I thought it would work out just fine. Got to Gibson's and could not have been more dissapointed, very, very few donuts. Not to mention, donuts, especially raised (the owner Don's favorite) have a half-life. You donut-people... More

The shop is small with limited seating and can get crowded, but the line moves quickly. There is no signage identifying the donuts, so you're just pointing and hoping you're picking what you like. When I asked questions about what was what, the staff answered, but didn't offer up anything more. Top secret info I guess. The donuts were tasty... More
