The food was good with a predominate American grub, but a nice mix of Canadian dishes and southern specialties. The atmosphere is laid back, and decor is hunting lodge-ish (if you don't like mounted animals watching you eat, probably not the place for you). Server was friendly, and prices very fair.

I had some of the best food here! The deep fried pickles are mind blowing! I was craving these so badly!!! The Blue cocktails (Maid of the Mist?) Was one of the best cocktails I have ever had! Not to mention there was so much in it! Great value!

My grand daughter wanted to go to an unusual restaurant to celebrate her 5th birthday. The downtown location of this restaurant sure met with her approval as well as the other members of the family there to mark this special occasion. We were we wowed by the fast great friendly service provided by all of the staff. Our waiter Ben... More

Nothing better than a hot cookie served in a miniature cast iron skillet with ice cream on top after eating a top notch juicy burger. Enough said.

I had the gyro platter, a Quebec specialty. Was just OK, nothing special. Better gyro everywhere in chicago. My wife had a prime rib sandwich. NOT GOOD. It was supposed to be hot and it wasn't. The meat itself had no flavor at all. It was a big sandwich but if you did not dip it into the ajuis, bland.... More

We used to always go to Huey's for later night meal, but decided to see what Kooky was all about and we were very pleased. It always had a decent crowd and I know know why. Has good variety of food, beer and good desserts. Their burgers are very good. Get the s'mores for dessert. You get to make your... More

We were freezing from the weather outside. The place was warm, comfy and a perfect spot to warm up. Our server was really friendly and efficient. We all had some comfort food that was cooked exactly as requested. If you are looking for a comfortable spot for a quick burger, this is a good place.

A disappointing dining experience . I had heard a lot of hype about the new location on Germantown Rd in Cordova. It was just that hype. The food was bad, and the service was acceptable. My entree was the southwest salad with fried green tomatoes and appetizer was fried dill pickles. The dill pickles were chuncked up and battered to... More

I'm not a "burger" person per se, but, this has to be one of the best burgers I ever put in my mouth!! It tastes like it has been marinated, but the waitress said they just used some Canadian seasoning. Whatever, it was delicious!! We asked for "crispy" fries, theirs are home made & equally as tasty!! They have 34... More
