We walked across to this restaurant it's a bit a good fun sort of place you go to the bar to order can't remember if they brought it to the table or if we had to collect it, but the food was very nice and would recommend

Awesome Oysters, and we ate several other items on the menu. Cold drinks and it didn't take long at all to get your food.

We ordered seafood gumbo which contained only shrimp- so we were wondering why it is not just called shrimp gumbo?? The shrimp was so darkly colored... More

We more or less stumbled upon Flying Fish our first night in Memphis. We enjoyed it so much we went back again on our last night in Memphis. Menu items have a Southern flavor, (grilled... More

I have never seen so many "Big mouth Billy Bass" plaques in one place. Holy Cow!! We stayed close to the Flying Fish and could smell the food every day. It is a great place to eat and the food was wonderful!

Even tho I've lived in Memphis for 15 years now, I've never been to the Flying Fish for a meal. We found ourselves downtown last Saturday afternoon and stopped in for a late lunch. We both had the catfish basket, I had fries and my friend had the boiled red potatoes. Food was great! Quite entertaining looking at folks creativity... More
