We went on a Saturday for lunch. Little to no wait. Great, friendly service. The dry rub ribs were moist on the inside, and flavorful through out. I was very pleased considering i dont typically care for bbq. My friend ordered the beef brisket and was disappointed as it was 50% fat.

Forget the mile high stack of onion rings, the pulled pork that falls apart it is so tender, the great service and music, and the laughter rolling through the place. All that is just atmosphere for the real attraction .... the RIBS!!!!! Next decision, wet or dry? My wife says I am missing the entire experience by having the ribs... More

I have had two bad experiences at Corky's recently. One was in the midtown one on poplar where I came to early, I guess, at lunch time and the ribs had been re-heated and weren't what I came there for. The second was at the Cordova location and there, my table was satisfied with their ribs but mine definitely had... More

I stopped over in Memphis for a night on a road trip and Corky's stole the show. After eating BBQ throughout Texas I totally get why people go crazy for Memphis BBQ, and Corky's really knows what they're doing. We had the best server who made me feel so welcome and taken care of with her true southern hospitality. The... More

We picked this off of trip advisor! All I can say is this was one of the best places we have stopped at on our travels! I had pulled pork salad, my husband had BBQ chicken plate..cooked to perfection! If you're given a chance to eat here, do! Waitress was great too, nakeshia...you won't regret your choice..!

Fabulous is all I can say. The family ordered combo plates so everyone got to taste everything. The specialty dry rub ribs were so tender and fell off the bone and melted in your mouth. The brisket was good as well, the smoked chicken was excellent, as well the BBQ shrimp was great.. There will be something for everyone.. If... More

I had done a lot of research on Corky's before we went to Memphis.however, we made the mistake of eating before we arrived, big mistake. The ribs are excellent. We had the salad with ribs and loved them. I will certainly be seeking out Corky's if I am lucky enough to be in Memphis again.

I dont eat like this...maybe ever, but I needed to go out with some co workers and we wanted the BBQ experience so we choose this spot. I must say...there are no ribs like this anywhere else. I am not the best expert but my co workers are, and the agreed. It is a fun place with just great quality... More

Ordered the briquette. Left hungry. The beans were loaded with BBQ sauce. Is that necessary? My wife ordered turkey and her servings were worse than mine. My advice is drive two blocks west down the street to Caps BBQ.

Visited Corky's on a busy Saturday night. I had the wet/dry ribs which were excellent. The rest of the family had pulled pork. We were all pleased. My son raved about the banana pudding. Would definitely recommend. We had our food delivered in less than five minutes.
