We went expecting a good meal, but everything was beyond our expectations. The ribs were amazing. We got both the dry and wet ribs, and both were great! The kids got the chicken tenders meal and they loved them. Our waitress was fun, sassy, and great at her job. She made us laugh, and feel right at home, while keeping... More

Get a combo plate and enjoy some of the best BBQ there is. The ribs, pulled pork and event eh beans were awesome. The baked beans in Memphis are a must have also. Corky's was another local recommendation that I am glad that I followed through with.

Corky's BBQ is one of the older and premier BBQ restaurants in Memphis. As a diner at Corky's for several year, it seems to get better with age. I try to have at least one meal there anytime I am in Memphis (usually a few time annually),

The ribs were great and so was the service. I love the dry rub ribs that were tender falling off the bone good. The Germantown location is great. The food was served fast and we enjoyed our Ribs Only meal! It doesn't get any better than this!

It looked packed and had a long pickup window line, but we were seated right away. Super nice staff! I'm not a rib eater but theirs was awesome!!!! they were soooo tender. We got a little bit of all the bbq and it was all great! Food was out quickly. If we ever go back to Memphis, we will go... More

This was a bit of a drive from our Beale St hotel, but it was worth it. I got the ribs and they were the best I've ever had. I got both dry and wet and they were both good. Parking was limited and kind of a hassle, but the food was worth it

I love Corky's and consider it to be a staple for Memphis BBQ. It can definitely be touristy because it is one of the more well-known destinations for out-of-towners, but that doesn't mean the food isn't awesome. As a Memphian, you always have your "favorite" BBQ dishes at certain restaurants - one does pulled pork better than ribs, etc; My... More
