I've had barbecue all over the country, and Corky's remains in the top ten. Many BBQ joints try to do BBQ nachos, but nobody does them better than Corky's. Their ribs are so juicy and flavorful, and the brisket and pulled pork are delicious as well. Service is outstanding!

Went here at lunch time and were seated quickly. The food arrived in under 10 minutes and was fantastic. Pulled pork or ribs - both excellent choices. Only problem is the portions are large so no space for dessert.

Corky's offers pretty good barbecue, particularly the ribs!!!they are fall off the bone and wonderfully succulent. Also had the BBQ baked potato...not as good. The pulled pork on top was a bit dry. It was huge, though. Will go again whenever I am in Memphis.

not a big fan of BBQ but thought I'd give it a try...place was crowded on Sat night (expected) and my wife & I shared a brisket plate, sides were very good, brisket was full of gristle, but our waitress willingly substituted a pulled pork plate (which I'd originally suggested but was overruled by the boss) and the pig was... For years, Corky’s has been rated the best barbecue in Memphis, so we used it as our basis for comparison. I found the service to be prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere quirky, the food was, well, mediocre. I had the traditional dry rub, which was flavorful and, to my taste, too salty. The meat was tender and delicious. I... More

Before the door closed we were greeted with "Welcome to Corky's y'all"! The dry - rub ribs are to die for. We had a funny and funky waitress who kept us laughing and having a good time. The food was just what you want when you want to experience Memphis style bar-b-que. Great place with a fun atmosphere and a... More

It was our last day in Memphis and we had not have any barbecue. You just can't leave Memphis without sampling barbecue. We decided on Corkys because I had ordered his ribs before. The restaurant was not near Beale street where we were staying which made it a little inconvenient however we had a car so we were able to... More

Easily one of the best BBQ places in Memphis. The wet ribs were cooked to perfection! You have to try their pulled pork nachos, we couldn't believe how good they were! The restaurant has an upbeat, friendly atmosphere with attentive service. Give this place a try, you won't regret it!

We were pointed to Corky's by our new neighbors when we moved here. We did a party for my wife's work. Not at all what I had in mind. Them April we went in the restaurant . Tastes the same. This is what you get when you have to many restaraunts and to many people smoking meat. I didn't see... More
