Maybe this place is not dim lights and cozy booths but the seafood pho is perfect and they gave me a 'cupcake'; which was almost what i would imagine a n Asian tamale would taste like. It was in celebration of the new year. Service was a little slow but some of the wait staff are senior citizens. They were... More

As others have said, this restaurant is not a place to go for ambiance but the waiters are friendly, the Pho is good, and there are many other selections on the menu as well. You can take your time or eat quickly. I usually get Pho which is a good sized portion served with lots of raw vegetables (a pile... More

I eat at Pho Saigon 3-4 times a year and always enjoy it. Yes, their English is limited and yes, their service can be slow, but it is most often just fine. I have never noticed a problem with cleanliness. I will continue to patronize Pho Saigon and continue to include it in my list of options when dining out... More

The food is great, and unfortunately, when I have a craving for Vietnamese food, I have to travel from Germantown, but it is absolutely worth it to me. I agree with Laura about the Pho Ga, as I always get this, and I love it! I also agree with Cherish about the spring rolls, as I always have to get... More

Pho Saigon offers decent Vietnamese cuisine at reasonable prices. I've been there on several occasions over the past four years & I have a good grasp of their menu and their food quality. Their Goi Cuon (spring rolls) appetizer is a generous portion of two spring rolls stuffed with rice noodles, lettuce, herbs and shrimp. Normally, this dish is served... More

My wife and I are on a cross country trip from NYC to SF this April 2008. My wife is Thai and she grew up near the Laotian border and is also quite familiar with Vietnamese food. We couldn't find a Thai restaurant after visiting the Martin Luther King Jr memorial, so we stopped in this place located on the... More

BEST spring rolls! Awesome Pho! Bun Ga Cary is delicious! Not much English spoken and you need to get their attention to refill your water but worth the slight inconvenience at times. Great prices, great portion sizes and great flavor!
