Perfect start to the day. Nice home-cooked style meals at affordable prices. Interesting decor and friendly staff. Heard the staff greeting the local customers by name. It opens early and fills up quickly.

This is my 3rd or 4th time here. Always a line. Always noisy and pushy and always delish. I ordered my daughter a country ham biscuit and I tried a pork tenderloin and egg sandwich. I think the biscuit was $3-$4 and the sandwich $5.39. OMG. The biscuit had 3 biscuit sized, 1/4" pieces of ham. The sandwich had 2... More

I LOVE biscuit breakfast sandwiches and had my first grilled bologna and egg biscuit sandwich. A real treat. The pancakes are also light and fluffy. Grits and gravy. Don't miss the potato cakes. All terrific. Order at the counter, then find a seat and they will bring your breakfast.

Okay. I realize it is "Bryant's " and it is a Memphis institution. I have stopped for a biscuit to go occasionally in the morning and it is good. I recently had breakfast with my 17 year old and it was very crowded and the wait was crazy considering the quality of the food at the end. The grits, gravy... More

Good grief...their breakfasts are HUGE. Every egg dish comes with three fresh biscuits, gravy AND grits. I had an omelet that must have had 1/2 lb. of various meats, plus veggies and cheese, my wife had one of their "Special Scrambles" and we both were just stuffed. Service was terrific even though it was pretty busy. Once you dish was... More

We were in Memphis for a long weekend. We drove out to Bryant's on the recommendation of a friend who lived in Memphis for 10 years. The place is unassuming on the outside, and when we opened the door to go in there was a huge line and almost all of the seats were full. The line moved quickly and... More

Bryant's has one of the best southern breakfasts you can eat. Their claim to fame, at least for me, are their biscuits. I sometimes grab a dozen for customer meetings. All their meats are really good and make the biscuits even better. FYI, they only take cash. This place can have a long line to place your order at the... More

Stopped for breakfast Sunday morning and it was great as usual. Long line but well worth it. Excellent french toast with bacon and eggs. Been there many times and will keep going back.

Great food and a great crew!. LOVE the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits,, the omelets (esp the everything omelet!), the pork tenderloin and the BLT's! Recently voted the best breakfast in the entire country, it's run by family and it has that atmosphere. Superb experience every time.
