Best Breakfast in Memphis

That's what the t-shirts say, and I can't disagree. Very good omelettes, biscuits. Loved the mismatched coffee mugs. No reservations, but if you download their app, you can put your name on the waiting list. Fills up fast. Expect a wait, but the service is friendly and fast once you're seated. NY... read more

NY Times recommended it, and so do I.

Located near University of Memphis, we decided to try this out based upon others reviews. My husband remembered eating here back in the days when he was a student at Memphis. Our breakfast was fantastic! Great omelets, good coffee, and great biscuits. We will be back the next time we are in town! Luckily we didn't have much of a... More

This place is voted the best breakfast in Memphis, and I have to agree! Great place, fantastic food (no chance you'll leave that place still hungry). Try an omelette, it's fresh and really a good portion! The place is pretty crowded, so be prepared to wait a little, but again, it's totally worth the wait! It's not a fancy restaurant... More

To put it simply... I love this place... I was directed to Brother Juniper's by some college students and their recommendation was absolutely on point. The food is outstanding. While it is a bit of a hole in the wall the atmosphere is good and the service does not disappoint. The coffee, differnt breeads and jellies (made in house) are... More

On a family vacation we had to stop here because of reviews. We got there about 8:30 am on a Tuesday. I'm glad we got seated right away. As we were eating the waiting area filled up quickly. We had the French toast, chocolate chip pancakes, eggs, home fries and bacon. Everything was great. The French toast had hints of... More

Oh my! What a great breakfast experience! The food and the atmosphere is worth the wait. This is one you don't want to miss. We went on a Saturday and Sunday Morning. We waited about 45 minutes. I am looking forward to returning again when in Memphis and bringing family so they can have this pleasurable experience. It is definitely... More

It's been a few years since I reviewed Brother Juniper's. My wife and I stop in several times a year and the quality has never faltered. Management of the place has slowly shifted to the children, but if anything, the food and service is better than my last review a few years back. There always seems to be a wait... More

Had a wonderful breakfast here. The menu has some unusual choices. There were three of us and we all had something different and all were great. The service was excellent. The meals were large and quite filling. Didn't need another meal until dinner. I would highly recommend this place.

This is a great place to have breakfast. It is close to the U of M but worth the drive. We all ordered an open face omelet. They were excellant. Great flavor & presentation. We also had fantastic service. Go early or expect a wait

Had lunch there. Meal was great and was at a great value. They have a lot on the menu so if I'm in the area again, I could go there every day of the trip.
